CCMB is currently accepting applications for the following positions:

Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualification: (As on 20.01.2024)

1. Technician (1) [Animal House] & TE-01 – SSC/10th Standard or equivalent with science subjects with a minimum of 55% marks and 3 years of work experience in Laboratory Animal Facility/Animal house.
2. Technician (1) [Canteen] & TE-02 – SSC/10th Standard or equivalent with science subjects with a minimum of 55% marks and 2 years full-time experience as an Apprentice Trainee in Food & Beverages Services Assistant.
3. Technician (1) [Guest House] & TE-03 – SSC/10th Standard or equivalent with science subjects with a minimum of 55% marks and 2 years full-time experience as an Apprentice Trainee in House Keeper/Front Office Assistant.
4. Technician (1) [Pharmacist] & TE-04 – SSC/10th Standard or equivalent with science subjects with a minimum of 55% marks and 2 years full-time experience as an Apprentice Trainee in Old Age Care/Office Assistant cum Computer Operator.
5. Technician (1) [LTS] & TE-05 – SSC/10th Standard or equivalent with science subjects with a minimum of 55% marks and ITI certificate or national/state trade certificate in Office Assistant cum Computer Operator.
6. Technician (1) [IT Lacones] & TE-06 – SSC/10th Standard or equivalent with science subjects with a minimum of 55% marks and 2 years full-time experience as an Apprentice Trainee in Computer Hardware & Network Maintenance.
7. Technician (1) [R&AC] & TE-07 – SSC/10th Standard or equivalent with science subjects with a minimum of 55% marks and ITI certificate in the trade of Mechanic (Refrigeration and Air-Conditioning).
8. Technician (1) [Plumber] & TE-08 – SSC/10th Standard or equivalent with science subjects with a minimum of 55% marks and ITI certificate in the trade of Plumbing.
9. Technician (1) [Masonry] & TE-09 – SSC/10th Standard or equivalent with science subjects with a minimum of 55% marks and ITI certificate in the trade of Mason (Building Constructor).
10. Technician (1) [Carpentry] & TE-10 – SSC/10th Standard or equivalent with science subjects with a minimum of 55% marks and ITI certificate in the trade of Carpenter.
11. Technician (1) [Laboratory] & TE-11 – SSC/10th Standard or equivalent with science subjects with a minimum of 55% marks and ITI certificate in the trade of Laboratory Assistant (Chemical Plant).
12. Technician (1) [Transport] & TE-12 – SSC/10th Standard or equivalent with science subjects with a minimum of 55% marks and ITI certificate in the trade of Driver cum Mechanic.

Age Limit: (As on 20.01.2024)

1. Technician (1)/ Gr. II (1) – 28 years

The upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC, 10 years for Persons with Disabilities, and for Ex-Servicemen as per Government of India rules.

Salary Details:

1. Technician (1)/ Gr. II (1) – Rs. 36,425/-

Selection Process:

Candidates recommended/shortlisted by the Screening Committee will undergo a Trade Test, followed by a competitive written examination. The final merit list will be based on the candidates’ performance in the competitive written examination.

Application Fee:

A non-refundable fee of Rs. 100/- is required for online applications, payable through State Bank Collect. SC/ST/PwBD/Women/CSIR Employees are exempted from the application fee.
