Central Bank of India is inviting applications for the following positions:

Eligibility Criteria:
An applicant must be:
i. a citizen of India, or
ii. a subject of Nepal, or
iii. a subject of Bhutan, or
iv. a Tibetan refugee who migrated to India before 1st January 1962, with the intention of permanently settling in India, or
v. a person of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan / Burma / Sri Lanka / East African countries of Kenya / Uganda / the United Republic of Tanzania (formerly Tanganyika and Zanzibar) / Zambia / Malawi / Zaire / Ethiopia or Vietnam with the intention of permanently settling in India. Provided that a candidate belonging to categories (ii) / iii) / (iv) or (v) above shall be a person in whose favor a certificate of eligibility has been issued by the Government of India before the date of this notification.
Educational Qualification:
- Safai Karmachari Cum Sub-Staff And/ Sub-Staff – The minimum educational qualification shall be 10th standard pass / SSC pass or its equivalent examination pass.
Age Limit: (As on 31.03.2023)
- Safai Karmachari Cum Sub-Staff And/ Sub-Staff – should have been between 18 to 26 years. The Upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years for SC/ST; 3 years for OBC, 10 Years for Persons with Disabilities (15 years for SC/ST PWD’s & 13 years for OBC PWD’s) and for Ex-S as per Govt. of India rules. Candidates Relaxation in Upper Age limit will be provided as per Govt. Rules. Go through Central Bank of India official Notification 2024 for more reference.
Salary Details:
- Safai Karmachari Cum Sub-Staff And/ Sub-Staff – Rs.14500-28145/-
Selection Process:
Selection will be through Online examination (conducted by IBPS) and Local language test (by Bank) strictly on merit, subject to Reservation policy and guidelines issued by the Government of India in this regard.
Application Fee:
- SC/ST/PwBD/EXSM – Rs. 175/- (inclusive of GST)
- For all other candidates – Rs. 850 /- (inclusive of GST)
Note: The applicants shall pay the Application Fee as indicated in the Table Above through Online Payment Mode Only.
