Description About the Job

Responsibilities:

  1. Responding to customer inquiries via Web Chat, E-mails, and Social Media promptly and efficiently.
  2. Providing product and service information to both current and potential customers.
  3. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records.
  4. Identifying and escalating priority issues to the Team Leader and Ops Team.
  5. Actively participating in team meetings.

Performance Indicators:

  1. Handling all customer queries in a polite and professional manner.
  2. Probing and troubleshooting customer queries, offering suitable and satisfactory solutions.
  3. Educating customers on services and processes.
  4. Escalating any issues to the Team Leader.
  5. Achieving agreed-upon Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and objectives.
  6. Adhering strictly to shift schedules.
  7. Complying with internal policies, procedures, and processes.
  8. Working collaboratively with the team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree from any stream for freshers.
  • Minimum Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Passionate about providing excellent customer care.
  • Proficient typing skills.
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English.
  • Ability to work well under pressure with minimal supervision.
  • Quick learner who can meet set targets.
  • Time flexible and available to work in a rotational shift system, including holidays and weekends.
  • Experience in an international non-voice process.
  • 24/7 shift availability, including graveyard shifts.
  • 5-day workweek with 2 days of rotational off.
  • Office-based work location in Bahadurpally, Hyderabad.
