The Opportunity
As an Analyst, Customer Development at Cint, you will work with a market research technology leader specializing in online and digital methodologies. Our industry-leading SaaS platform empowers businesses to efficiently access audiences and data for online market research and insights.

Training
During the initial 6 to 12 months of your employment, you will undergo comprehensive training sessions to familiarize yourself with our products and develop the necessary skills to excel in your role.
Our training program covers various aspects, including conducting research for quoting purposes, managing projects/accounts, and implementing proactive measures to enhance performance. Additionally, you will receive guidance on building and maintaining client relationships, as well as upselling our products when appropriate.
What You Will Do
- Conduct research to quote and deliver market research projects on time and with success.
- Proactively identify potential issues and provide support to customers in overcoming challenges.
- Build strong and lasting relationships with customers, becoming their trusted advisor.
- Achieve consistent and successful performance, measured by operational and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Respond to customer support requests promptly and effectively.
