In this role, you will serve as a vital link between different departments within our organization and our valued clients. Your main responsibility will be to ensure a seamless background checking process by proactively preventing and resolving any issues that may arise. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with the account manager team to nurture and maintain strong client relationships.

Here’s a glimpse of what you’ll be doing:

  • Engaging with clients through various channels such as email, phone, and in-person visits, fostering positive client relationships
  • Assisting clients in making well-informed hiring decisions, including providing training on how to use our system for individuals and groups
  • Addressing inquiries about our services, delivering accurate results, and offering specialized services as requested
  • Collaborating with fulfillment departments to address concerns related to verifications, criminal checks, order creation, finance, and more, in order to enhance the prompt resolution of client issues and requests
  • Ensuring that all requests and case management workflows are handled promptly to meet contractual service level agreements (SLAs) and exceed client expectations
  • Effectively communicating with clients, management, and team members when resolving issues
  • Undertaking additional projects assigned by your manager
  • Acting as a representative and liaison for the Client Service department with other departments

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a voice process within an international BPO setting
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional demeanor
  • Ability to analyze situations and respond promptly in a courteous and professional manner

  • Thrives under pressure and can manage time-sensitive projects effectively
