In a nutshell, the role of a Client Support Specialist is to oversee the entire employment lifecycle of workers with Safeguard Global.

The primary responsibilities for this role encompass daily query management, compliant communication with internal and external providers, and ensuring timely worker payments.

Managing a portfolio of clients is essential to guarantee worker and client satisfaction, delivering exceptional service to address client inquiries and resolve issues within predefined KPIs.

Here’s how you can make a difference:

1. Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of Safeguard Global’s workers/clients post onboarding.
2. Maintain all relevant worker documentation throughout their employment lifecycle.
3. Proactively attend client calls as required.
4. Ensure necessary benefits are finalized if not completed during the implementation phase.
5. Monitor and maintain benefits throughout the worker’s employment lifecycle.
6. Ensure background checks are completed as requested if not finalized before the first payroll through implementation.
7. Collaborate with clients to obtain/relay expert in-country requirements during the worker’s lifecycle.
8. Act as the point of contact for client queries.
9. Ensure accurate and timely worker payment processing for payroll.
10. Collaborate with Credit Control and other internal teams to ensure no debt on client accounts.
11. Manage compliant offboards for all workers, whether on indefinite or fixed-term contracts, including voluntary terminations or involuntary ones.
12. Offer day-to-day HR-related service to clients, providing advice on compliant HR-related queries.
13. Manage any changes in employment contracts, such as salary adjustments or changes in benefits, after the initial onboarding.
