Position: Customer Success Associate – Southeast Asia (SEA)

Job Description:

Customer Success Associates serve as the voice of our customers at inFeedo. As a Customer Success Associate at inFeedo, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the customer’s experience by driving adoption and usage.

Your responsibilities will include acquiring and maintaining long-term relationships with key customers by understanding their needs.

What Will You Be Doing?

  1. Customer Satisfaction (CSAT): Ensure high customer satisfaction scores, manage customer health status, meet ticket SLAs, and establish a company-wide customer feedback loop.
  2. Customer Retention: Maintain exceptional service standards, go the extra mile to increase renewal rates, and reduce churn.
  3. Manage Customer Enhancement Requests: Collaborate closely with the product/tech team to explore the feasibility of technical enhancement requests. Assist in product development and improvement by collecting feedback to identify recurring issues and working with the product team to address them.

This role offers exciting opportunities to interact with senior industry leaders (CHROs, CXOs) and build lasting customer relationships that drive deep satisfaction and product adoption.

Go above and beyond by not only solving their issues but also delighting them with your simple, efficient, and empathetic communication.

Who Will You Work With?

You will collaborate with Angraaj, Deepak, and, of course, the rest of the friendly inFeedo team.

Requirements:

What Skills Do You Need?

  • Experience: 0-2 years of total work experience with strong customer-facing skills.
  • Critical Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
  • Bonus Points: Demonstrated initiative, project leadership, or event management experience.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Sheets.
  • Qualification: Any
  • Managed and executed cross-functional projects within tight timelines.

Bonus (Not Required):

  • Experience with customers in the SEA region
