Meet customer security and compliance requirements
Implement approved change requests according to the client’s change management process
Responsible for ITIL/BIC incident life cycle, if applicable
Adhere to customer communication etiquette
Review CSAT responses and ensure timely corrective actions
Participate in the Critsit process for timely problem resolution
Log and categorize incidents
Coordinate with resolver team providers/operators
Responsible for developing introductory materials in consultation with project stakeholders and ensuring a successful referral process for new entrants
Effective land management.
Required Qualifications – Applicants must have a bachelor’s degree.
