Description About the Job

Job Title: Internal Control Analyst (Remote)

Job Responsibilities:

• Assess and monitor the design and effectiveness of controls over financial reporting risks, ensuring compliance with the Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX).
• Review and test existing internal controls, providing recommendations to standardize, streamline, and automate processes.
• Identify and monitor gaps in internal controls related to financial reporting procedures, processes, or systems, and take appropriate remedial actions.
• Contribute to transformation projects and major financial initiatives, ensuring the adequate incorporation of internal controls.
• Prepare comprehensive written documentation and reports on SOX, disclosing any significant deficiencies to management.
• Provide guidance and training to other departments on required actions, policies, conformance tests, and ongoing monitoring issues.
• Participate in internal audits and field inspections as necessary.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old. No upper age limit specified by Conduent.

Pay Scale/CTC:

• The average salary for this position is approximately Rs 30,300 per month (around 3.5 lakhs per year).
