How will you make a difference in this role?

As part of your responsibilities, you will engage with clients who have overdue accounts to secure timely settlement. Additionally, you will proactively work to prevent future delinquencies for accounts with high exposure.

Job Description:

  • Attend to Card Members’ credit needs by providing education on product features and spending capacity.
  • Analyze risk on customer accounts, making well-informed decisions to ensure recovery while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, as reflected by VIBES scores.
  • Meet performance metrics on VIBES, quality, contact efficiency, and collections.
  • Work flexible shifts in a 24/7 environment. This role may require additional background verification checks.
  • Strive to exceed goals in transactional quality, compliance regulations, and productivity.
  • Minimum Qualifications:
  • Graduate with 1-3 years of experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver results and take personal accountability.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
