AP Analyst

Position Overview:

The AP Analyst provides support to the accounts payable team by assisting with essential tasks related to the efficient processing and maintenance of accounts payable transactions. This role operates under moderate supervision and performs various activities to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Process invoice administration and set up payments.
2. Prepare and handle accounts payable checks, wire transfers, and other forms of payment.
3. Address basic vendor inquiries and reconcile vendor statements.

6. Assist in month-end closing procedures.
