Our Responsibilities:

At MrMed, we shoulder the responsibility of being the single point of contact for our customers throughout their journey with us.

This entails meticulous order tracking, seamless communication with logistics partners, and comprehensive post-sales support via both calls and chats. We diligently address pre-dispatch issues, such as dispatch delays or product unavailability, by liaising with the Purchase or Logistics departments.

Similarly, post-dispatch concerns—ranging from delivery status inquiries to order cancellations, returns, and refunds—are promptly resolved through coordinated efforts with the relevant departments. Our customer-centric approach extends to answering inbound calls and initiating outbound calls for updates, fostering enduring relationships with customers to encourage repeat purchases.

We prioritize swift query resolution, collaborating closely with all departments to ensure timely redressal of customer issues within stipulated deadlines. Instances requiring escalation are promptly directed to team leads or senior management for resolution.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Candidates applying for roles at MrMed should possess a Bachelor’s degree in any field, with prior part-time or full-time experience serving as an added advantage. While a background in voice or semi-voice processes in non-IT domains is preferred, individuals with 0 to 3 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply. Proficiency in English is imperative, with fluency in Hindi considered advantageous.

Additionally, applicants should demonstrate proficiency in computer and internet applications, along with basic Excel skills. The ability to multitask effectively, coupled with strong organizational and time-management abilities, is essential. A temperament suited for empathetic customer handling is highly valued. Candidates must be comfortable working from our office located in T. Nagar, Chennai.
