Eligibility Criteria:
1. Young Professional (Corporate Communications and Public Relations)
- Educational Qualification: Two Years Full-time regular Post Graduate Degree in any of the following:
- M.A. (Master of Art) in Mass Communication
- M.A. in Advertising, Public Relations, and Corporate Communication
- M.A. in Journalism & Mass Communication
- M.Sc. in Mass Communication
- Masters in Communication Management, Corporate Communication, Public Relations, Media Studies, or Advertising, with an undergraduate qualification in any discipline.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years post-qualification work experience in Corporate Communications, Public Relations, and Media Management.
2. Young Professional (Sr. Project Engineer – Civil)
- Educational Qualification: Full-time regular Degree in Civil Engineering
- Experience: Minimum 5 years
3. Young Professional (Sr. Project Engineer – Quantity Surveying)
- Educational Qualification: Full-time regular Degree in Civil Engineering
- Experience: Minimum 5 years
4. Young Professional (Sr. Project Engineer – Electrical)
- Educational Qualification: Full-time regular Degree in Electrical Engineering
- Experience: Minimum 5 years
5. Young Professional (Project Engineer – Quantity Surveying)
- Educational Qualification: Full-time regular Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering
- Experience: Minimum 3 years (Degree) or 6 years (Diploma)
6. Young Professional (Project Engineer – Civil/ Execution)
- Educational Qualification: Full-time regular Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering
- Experience: Minimum 3 years (Degree) or 6 years (Diploma)

- Young Professional (Project Engineer – Quantity Surveying) – Rs.50,000/- (consolidated)
- Young Professional (Project Engineer – Civil/ Execution) – Rs.50,000/- (consolidated)
