Eligibility Requirements:
Educational Qualification: (As of December 31, 2023)
- Junior Purchase Assistant / Junior Storekeeper – (a) A Science graduate with a minimum of 60% marks. OR (b) A Commerce graduate with a minimum of 60% marks. OR (c) Hold a diploma in Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering / Electronics / Computer Science with a minimum of 60% marks from government-recognized universities/institutions.
Note: Candidates lacking the specified educational qualifications (B.Sc/B.Com/Diploma) as of the application deadline should refrain from applying. No further correspondence or clarification will be entertained on this matter.
Age Limit: (As of December 31, 2023)
- Junior Purchase Assistant / Junior Storekeeper – 18 to 27 Years The upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years for SC/ST; 3 years for OBC, 10 years for Persons with Disabilities (15 years for SC/ST PWDs & 13 years for OBC PWDs), and for Ex-Servicemen as per Government of India rules. Relaxation in the upper age limit for candidates will be provided as per Government rules. Refer to the DAE DPS official Notification 2024 for more details.
Salary Details:
- Junior Purchase Assistant / Junior Storekeeper – Level 4 (Rs. 25,500 – Rs. 81,100/-)
Selection Process:
DAE DPS may follow the subsequent process to select candidates.
- Level 1 Examination: Objective type test
- Level 2 Examination: Descriptive type test.
Empanelment criteria: Marks obtained in Level 2 Examination only. Level 1 Examination will be a qualifying exam/screening test to shortlist candidates for Level 2 Examination.
Centers Of Examination: Level 1 and Level 2 Examinations will be conducted in various cities, including Mumbai, Delhi, Kolkata, Chennai, Indore, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chandigarh, Guwahati, and Nagpur. Candidates may indicate their preferred city choices (at least three cities) in their application form. Allocation of centers will be decided based on the number of candidates registering for each city.
Application Fee:
Applicants must remit an application fee of Rs. 200/- (Rupees Two hundred only) online through www.dpsdae.formflix.in. SC/ST, Women candidates, Ex-Servicemen, and PWD candidates are exempted from the application fee. The fee, once paid, is non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be reserved for any other examination under any circumstances.

Candidates meeting all the specified criteria must apply online only through the link on the DAE DPS website in the careers webpage under the current openings section, i.e., https://dpsdae.formflix.in/, from December 10, 2023, to December 31, 2023. No other mode of application will be accepted.
