CEPTAM – DRDO is inviting applications for the following positions:

Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualification:

1. Project Store Officer –

1. Education: Bachelor’s Degree (B.A/B.Com/B.Sc./BCA) from a recognized University.
2. Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in Administration, Materials Management, and Finance Divisions.
3. Desirable Qualification:

1. (i) Master’s Degree in Business Administration with working experience in GeM Portal.
2. (ii) Working experience in GeM Portal.
3. (iii) Working experience in Microsoft Office.
4. (iv) Excellent writing and typing skills in English (35 words per minute).

2. Project Senior Admin Assistant –

2. Education: Bachelor’s Degree (B.A/B.Com/B.Sc./BCA/Equivalent) from a recognized University.
3. Experience: Minimum 06 years of experience in at least one of the Administration, Materials Management, and Finance Divisions.
4. Desirable Qualification:

2. (i) Master’s Degree in Business Administration with working experience in GeM Portal.
3. (ii) Working experience in GeM Portal.
4. (iii) Working experience in Microsoft Office.
5. (iv) Excellent writing and typing skills in English (35 words per minute).

3. Project Admin Assistant –

3. Education: Bachelor’s Degree (B.A/B.Com/B.Sc./BCA/Equivalent) from a recognized University.
4. Experience: Minimum 03 years of experience in at least one of the Administration, Materials Management, and Finance Divisions.
5. Desirable Qualification:

3. (i) Master’s Degree in Business Administration.
4. (ii) Working experience in Microsoft Office.
5. (iii) Excellent writing and typing skills in English (35 words per minute).

Age Limit: (As on)

1. Project Store Officer – 50 years
2. Project Senior Admin Assistant – 45 years
3. Project Admin Assistant – 35 years

Relaxation in the upper age limit is applicable as per Government rules, and the maximum age shall not exceed 56 years, including age relaxation.

Salary Details:

1. Project Store Officer – Rs. 59,276/-
2. Project Senior Admin Assistant – Rs. 47,496/-
3. Project Admin Assistant – Rs. 35,220/-

Selection Process:

a) The shortlisted candidates will be advised to appear for the final personal interview.

b) The final selection of candidates will be based solely on the merit of marks scored by a candidate in the final personal interview. The minimum qualifying marks required by the candidate in the personal interview for consideration for selection are 70% for all unreserved vacancies and 60% for all reserved vacancies.

Application Fee:

General and OBC male candidates are required to pay a non-refundable, non-transferable application fee of Rs. 100/- (Rs One Hundred only), payable online only while filling the form. There is no application fee for SC/ST/PwBD and Women candidates.
