Job Responsibilities:
As part of the team, your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting remote KYC (Know Your Customer) verifications of customers through video calls.
- Adhering to regulatory guidelines and ensuring proper implementation of KYC procedures.
- Gathering and verifying customer information, including personal and financial details, by asking relevant questions.
- Reviewing customer documents to validate their authenticity.
- Accurately recording customer information in databases and systems.
- Assisting customers with queries and providing guidance throughout the video KYC process.
- Maintaining comprehensive and confidential records of customer interactions.
- Ensuring data confidentiality and security.
- Escalating issues to management when necessary and following up with customers.
- Staying updated on changes in regulations and KYC processes.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following:
- Good communication skills in Hindi, English, and any regional language.
- Fluency in Hindi and a regional language.
- Willingness to work night shifts and/or rotational day shifts (preferred).
