Job Summary: We’re in search of a highly motivated individual to join our team as a GST Suvidha Center Representative. In this capacity, your primary role will involve delivering support and guidance to clients in their Goods and Services Tax (GST) compliance endeavors.

Operating as a remote employee, you’ll have the freedom to work from home while maintaining effective communication and collaboration with both team members and clients.

Responsibilities:

1. Offer advice and support to clients on various aspects of GST compliance, encompassing registration, returns filing, e-way bill generation, and related processes.
2. Aid clients in comprehending GST regulations, rules, and updates to ensure their compliance with relevant laws.
3. Resolve client inquiries and issues pertaining to GST through proficient communication via phone, email, or other relevant communication channels.
4. Keep precise records of client interactions, transactions, and follow-up activities utilizing designated systems or tools.
5. Collaborate with internal teams to address intricate GST concerns and provide comprehensive solutions to clients.
6. Stay informed about changes in GST laws, regulations, and policies to guarantee prompt and precise assistance to clients.
7. Recognize opportunities for process enhancement and contribute to the overall efficiency of GST Suvidha Center operations.
8. Adhere to service level agreements (SLAs) and either meet or surpass performance objectives in terms of quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

1. Hold a Bachelor’s degree in commerce, finance, accounting, or a closely related field.
2. Possess verified work experience in GST compliance, accounting, taxation, or a comparable role.
3. Demonstrate a robust comprehension of Goods and Services Tax (GST) laws, regulations, and procedures.
4. Display excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to explain intricate concepts clearly and concisely.
5. Exhibit proficiency in using technology tools and software applications for client management, data entry, and record-keeping.
6. Be self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines.
7. Maintain a keen eye for detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
8. Have the ability to adapt to shifting priorities and manage multiple tasks concurrently.
9. Approach tasks professionally and with a customer-oriented mindset, while maintaining a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
10. Possess a reliable internet connection and an appropriate home office setup conducive to remote work.
