Analyst – Finance & Accounting.
Salary / Income / Salary Scale – For Analyst – Finance and Accountant, candidates will receive around 3.8 – 4.8 Lac per year.

Qualification/Training Details – Please carefully review the details of qualifications required for this position in the columns listed below.
Analyst – Finance & Accountant – {diploma in commerce, B.Com}. Age Restriction – For HCLTech recruitment, applicants must be 18 years or older.
To analyze different dimensions of operational effectiveness through data, presenting outcomes from analysis to stakeholders and be responsible for reporting needs
- Reconciliation of statements and clearing of open items as required for their processes
- To identify opportunities for improvement, elimination of redundancies in their respective processes and keep themselves updated with the help of technical trainings
- To process and record accounting transactions as per the organizational policies orguidelines to the process and team they belong to
- To provide details for SOP and RCM document update
- To provide supporting documentation and information for various stakeholder like management, auditors, tax departments etc.
- To resolve queries of various stakeholders both internal and external (SSD s, Emails etc) within defined SLA

Roles and Responsibilities – The duties and responsibilities of this position are mentioned below.
Reconcile reports and remove open entries as required by their process
Identify opportunities for improvement, eliminate redundancies in their respective processes and stay up to date with the help of technical training
Process and record accounting transactions in accordance with the organization’s policies or guidelines regarding the process and the group to which they belong
To provide details on updating SOP and RCM documents
Provide supporting documents and information to various stakeholders such as management, auditors, tax services, etc.
Resolve requests from various internal and external stakeholders (SSD, email, etc.) within the framework of the defined SLA. Criteria for selection process –
Candidates will be shortlisted based on age, location and qualifications, followed by a personal interview. The personal interview will be in person or by phone.
Experience Required – For this position, no prior experience is required. Freshmen are also eligible for this vacancy/opening.
