HPCL is inviting applications for the following apprentice posts:
- | Graduate Apprentices (Non-Engineering) – Hindi – Finance – HR – Materials
HPCL Apprentice Eligibility Criteria:
Educational Qualification:
- Graduate Apprentices (Non-Engineering)
- Hindi – B.A. Hindi
- HR – B.A., B.Sc., B.Com.
- Finance – B.Com.
- Materials – B.Sc., B.Com. with 60% aggregate marks for Gen/OBC-NC and 50% for SC/ST/PwBD/(VH/HH/OH*) Candidates.
- Non-Engineering Graduates in BA, BA Hindi, B.Sc, B.Com who graduated on or after 01-04-2021, are eligible. Candidates passed out prior to 01-04-2021 are not eligible.
Age Limit: (As on 27.11.2023)
Minimum 18 years and maximum 25 years as of 27-11-2023. Max. Age relaxation by 5 yrs. for SC/ST, 3 yrs. for OBC, and 10 yrs. for PwBD (VH/HH/OH) Candidates.
Stipend:
- Graduate Apprentices (Non-Engineering) – Rs. 23,000/-
HPCL Apprentice Selection Process 2023:
- Candidates meeting eligibility criteria will be called for an interview, with the right to restrict the number of candidates. Interviews tentatively scheduled in December 2023.
- All India merit list will be based on academic results of Graduation Degree and interview scores.
- The final offer for Apprenticeship Training is subject to clearing the Medical Test per HPCL standards and submission of all necessary documents.

Candidates meeting the criteria must apply online through the HPCL website in the careers webpage under the current openings section from 27.11.2023 to 04.12.2023. No other mode of application will be accepted.
