Manager (Legal) (E3) –
To be eligible for the position of Manager (Legal), the candidate should hold a graduate degree with a 3-year Bachelor’s degree in Law or a five-year integrated degree in Law from a recognized university or deemed university approved by AICTE. The candidate should have a minimum of 60% marks in the qualifying examination. Additionally, a Master’s degree in Law is desirable.

Manager (Commercial) (E3) –
For the position of Manager (Commercial), the candidate should hold a graduate degree in full-time Engineering (Any Discipline) from a recognized university or deemed university approved by AICTE, with a minimum of 60% marks (55% for SC Candidates) in the qualifying examination. Additionally, a desirable qualification is an MBA, preferably in Materials Management or a two-year Post Graduate Diploma in Materials Management. A degree/diploma/certification course in Inventory Management/Integrated Logistics Management System is also desirable.
In terms of professional experience, the candidate should have at least 9 years of post-qualification experience in Govt. organizations/PSUs/Private Organizations of repute in one or more of the following areas: Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Inventory Control, Integrated Logistics Management System; Preparation of Commercial terms/conditions of tender and commercial evaluation of tender; Logistics Management, cost estimation, Procurement of Ship Board Key Equipment from Indian and foreign OEMs; Customs Clearance procedures for Home Consumption of imported equipment; and Procurement strategy, scheduling of Procurement w.r.t Project schedule to receive Material Just in Time.
Manager (Technical) (E3) –

Project Officer (IT & ERP) To apply for this position, candidates should have a full-time engineering graduate in computer science, information technology, or a master’s in computer application with not less than 60% marks in the qualifying examination from a recognized university/AICTE approved deemed university/institution. The candidate should have a minimum of two years of post-qualification experience in one or more of the following areas – maintenance and management of IT servers, including cybersecurity, upkeep and maintenance of LAN network (intranet & internet) and other IT infrastructure, design, updation and modification to company websites, and operating system administration. Additionally, the candidate should have functional and technical knowledge and working experience in SAP portal and ABAP developer and knowledge of SAP Fiori.
Dy. Project Officer (Civil) For this position, candidates must have a full-time engineering graduate in civil engineering discipline with not less than 60% marks (55% for ST candidates) from a recognized university or deemed university/institution registered with AICTE. The candidate should have a minimum of two years of post-qualification experience in one or more of the following areas – design and material estimate for RCC structure/marine RCC structure, execution/supervision of construction of marine structure, buildings, civil structures, bridges, and culverts, assessment of structural integrity/residual life of old RCC/load bearing structure, and their refurbishment using modern repairs/refurbish techniques. The candidate should also have experience in the preparation of scope of work, tender document, technical evaluation of tenders, project planning, and contract management for construction and refurbishment of marine structure, residential, and factory buildings. Working knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Project is desirable.

For the position of Dy. Project Officer (HR/Training/Admin), candidates should have a full-time graduate in any discipline with not less than 60% marks from any recognized University or Institute recognized by AICTE. They should also have a full-time post-graduate degree/diploma in Management with specialization in HR/Personnel Management from any recognized University or Institute registered with AICTE with not less than 60% marks. Essential experience includes a minimum of 2 years of post-qualification experience in various aspects of HR/Personnel Management/Industrial Relations/Training & Development/Administration & Establishment in Government Organization/Public Sector Undertakings or in large and reputed Private Companies. Desirable skills include working knowledge in ERP like SAP and Oracle etc. and working knowledge of Telugu.
For the position of Dy. Project Officer (Security & Fire Service), candidates should have a full-time graduate/diploma in any discipline from a recognized University with an aggregate of not less than 50% of marks in the qualifying examination. Ex-servicemen of Chief Petty Officer/equivalent & above cadre of Armed forces (provost/ MP branch) minimum S2A2 category would also be eligible for the post. A diploma or course in ‘Security’ is desirable. Essential experience includes a minimum of 12 years of post-qualification experience in Security in a large organization/Armed Forces.
For the position of Dy. Project Officer (Safety), candidates should have a full-time degree in any branch of Engineering and Diploma in Industrial Safety with not less than 60% marks from a recognized university/AICTE approved institution. Essential experience includes a minimum of 02 years full-time post-qualification experience on training, education, consultancy, or research in the field of accident prevention in industry or in any institution. They should have worked as a Safety Officer in Govt/Public Sector Undertakings or in a large and reputed Private company.
The Indian government-owned enterprise, Cochin Shipyard Limited, has announced several job openings for experienced professionals in various departments. One of the openings is for a Medical Officer with a minimum of two years of post-qualification experience in medical departments of CPSEs with large industrial townships, government hospitals in district headquarters, or large industrial hospitals in private or government sectors. The candidate must have an MBBS degree and be registered with the Indian Medical Council. A PG degree/diploma in any medical discipline is desirable.

The candidate must have experience in project management, preferably shipbuilding/RFP/contract management, and should be residing in Visakhapatnam/Delhi NCR. The desirable experience includes implementing business strategies, corporate evaluation & development in an industrial establishment, ability to provide insights on new technology, new products, and improvements in corporate, business and production trends.
Another job opening is for a Sr. Consultant (IT&ERP) with a BE/B.Tech. in any discipline/M Sc (IT/CS)/MCA with not less than 60% marks from a recognized university or AICTE approved institution, preferably from a Tier I institution/IIT/NIT. SAP Certification in S4 HANAA/BASIS/ABAP and any relevant area is mandatory. An MBA from a reputed institution, preferably IIM/equivalent with 60% marks/equivalent GPA is desirable. Hindustan Shipyard Limited (HSL) is a government-owned shipyard located in the city of Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, India. It was established in 1941 by Scindia Steam Navigation Company, a private sector organization, to support the Indian Navy during World War II. The shipyard was nationalized in 1952 and became a public sector undertaking under the administrative control of the Ministry of Defense.
