Eligibility Criteria:
Educational Qualification:
- Associate Director (On Contract):
- Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) or B. Tech./B.E with MBA(Finance) from a recognized University.
- Experience: Minimum 12 years in Financial Sector/Consulting/Government Departments, with 5 years in Consulting/Advisory services.
- Sr Associate- Technical (India Semiconductor Mission (ISM)) (On Contract):
- Qualification: B Tech (Electronics and Communication).
- Experience: Minimum 6 years in the electronics industry/Semiconductor/display/semiconductor packaging.
- Sr Associate- Technical (Advanced Chemistry Cell (ACC)) (On Contract):
- Qualification: B.E/B.Tech in Chemical/Electrical/Mechanical/Electronics engineering.
- Experience: Minimum 6 years in Advanced Chemistry Cell, Energy storage, manufacturing/research in batteries.
- Sr Associate- Technical (Electronics), (On Contract):
- Qualification: B.E/B. Tech. or equivalent in Electronics/ Electronics & Communication/ Electronics & Instrumentation.
- Experience: Experience in manufacturing entity in Electronics/Electronic components Industry.
- Sr Associate- Technical (Textiles), (On Contract):
- Qualification: B.E/B.Tech. in Textiles Engineering or equivalent.
- Experience: Experience in manufacturing entity in Textiles Industry.
- Sr Associate-Technical (PLI White Goods), (On Contract):
- Qualification: B.Tech/B.E (Mechanical/Electrical) or equivalent.
- Experience: Experience in AC / LED or AC/LED Components industry.
- Sr Associate- Technical (Drone & Drone Components) (On Contract):
- Qualification: B.E/B. Tech. or equivalent in Mechanical /Electronics/ Aeronautical Engineering.
- Experience: Experience in manufacturing entity in Drone and Drone Components Industry.
- Sr Associate – Technical (Bulk Drug), (On Contract):
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering.
- Additional Qualifications: Master’s degree in management or equivalent.
- Experience: Experience in manufacturing of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient (APIs).
- Sr Associate – Technical (Medical Device), (On Contract):
- Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Electronic Engineering / Electrical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Bio-medical Engineering.
- Additional Qualification: Master’s degree in management or equivalent.
- Experience: Experience in manufacturing of Medical Devices.
- Sr Associate – Technical (Automobile and Auto Components), (On Contract):
- Qualification: B.E/B.Tech in Automobile/Mechanical/Electronics/Electrical engineering.
- Experience: Experience in manufacturing of Automobiles or Auto Components.
- Sr. Associate (Estates) (On Contract):
- Qualification: B.E/B.Tech Civil.
- Experience: Experience in operation & maintenance of commercial and residential buildings.
Age Limit (As on 30.11.2023):
- Associate Director (On Contract): 40 years
- Sr Associate- Technical (Others): 35 years
