Roles and Responsibilities:

• re-Call Study the case and Determine the current eligibility of the assigned sellers through available resources/online.
• Obtains client information by connecting with them through telephone calls, Verify information.
• Basis the collected/verified information; update the clients profile to meet the desired profile score.
• Educating clients about the benefits to his business; answering questions; Clearing doubts.
• Disposing the cases with appropriate reason codes basis the conversation with the respective sellers.
• Maintains and improves quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines
• Keeping the clients informed about the recorded conversation before starting to collect any information from them.
• Identifying real-time challenges related to Technology/Process and escalating it to the higher management to get them fixed.
• Following up with the sellers based upon the request made by them over the calls.
• Achieving the daily/Weekly/Monthly business targets.
• Work for 3-4 hours a day and to achieve target number of Daily connect/content collection.
• Updates job knowledge by studying new product descriptions; participating in educational opportunities
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements And Skills:

• Work from Monday through Saturday
• 9 AM to 7 PM (minimum 3-4 hrs/day)

• Must have a good working environment at home with dedicated private area to work and Table/Chair
• Must have computer, smartphone (Android) with separate SIM for calling, Good internet connectivity.
