Description About this Job
Job Role: IT Specialists (Night Shift) Location: Work From Home
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide assistance to Test Center Administrators via phone and email during test center preparations.
- Manage mailboxes efficiently.
- Offer operational support to ensure readiness of the test centers.
- Generate reports using MS Excel.
- Actively work towards meeting or exceeding desired metrics/KRA’s.
- Handle incident management through Salesforce.
- Perform software installations and operational trials at test centers.
Qualification Required:
- Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree.
Age Requirement:
- Candidates must be at least 18 years old, with no upper age limit specified by Prometric.
Pay Scale/CTC:
- The average salary for an IT Specialist at Prometric is approximately Rs 27,500 per month, which amounts to around 3.3 lakhs per year.
Expected Knowledge and Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Intermediate level troubleshooting skills for various computer-related issues.
- Intermediate level understanding of networking concepts, devices, and troubleshooting.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think abstractly and visualize solutions.
- Capability to learn and support new applications, and work well with staff using interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills, including MS Office products such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Neutral accent with minimum MTI (Mother tongue interference)
Shift Timings:
- 6:00 pm – 2:30 am
Night Shift Allowance:
- INR 2500/- per month
Weekly Offs:
- Saturday and Sunday
Selection Process:
- The selection process involves shortlisting, assessment tests, and virtual/face-to-face interviews. Upon successful completion of these rounds, candidates will receive a joining letter from the company via their registered email ID.
Experienced or Fresher:
