Description About the Job
Job Title – Senior HR Feedback Specialist. Work Location – Mumbai will be the work location for this tenant or Work From Home.

Authorized to deal with employee inquiries accurately and efficiently
Receive incoming and outgoing calls to resolve employee queries
Accurately respond to requests through an online tool
Follow all established company procedures, policies, guidelines and regulations
Complete HR related transactions/activities in compliance with company guidelines and policies
Meet the targets of service level, quality and productivity
Required Qualifications – Applicants must have a bachelor’s degree.

Must be available to work flexible hours Monday through Friday from 8:00 am EST to 8:30 pm EST
