Madurai OSC is looking for candidates to fill the following positions:
- Centre Administrator
- Qualification: Masters in Law/ Masters in Social Work/ Masters in Sociology/ Masters in Social Science/ Masters in Psychology with at least 5 years of relevant experience in women-related domains in an administrative setup (Government or Non-Government).
- Shifts: 24*7 (3 shifts)
- Only women candidates may apply. The candidate should be a resident of the local community.
- Senior Counselor
- Qualification: Professional Degree/ Diploma in Psychology/ Psychiatry/ Neurosciences with a background in the Health Sector and preferably at least 3 years of experience in Government or Non-Government Health Projects at the district level.
- Shifts: 24*7 (3 shifts)
- Only women candidates may apply. The candidate should be a resident of the local community.
- IT Admin
- Qualification: Graduate in Computers/ IT, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in data management, process documentation, and web-based reporting formats, video conferencing at the state or district level with Government or Non-Governmental/IT-Based Organizations.
- Shifts: 24*7 (3 shifts)
- Only women candidates may apply. The candidate should be a resident of the local community.
- Case Worker
- Qualification: Bachelors’ Degree in Social Work, Counselling Psychology, or Development Management with a minimum of 1 year working experience in the field of violence against women issues.
- Shifts: 24*7 (3 shifts)
- Only women candidates may apply. The candidate should be a resident of the local community.
- Multi-Purpose Helper
- Qualification: Minimum 10th std with experience working in Shelter Homes/House Keeping. The candidate should also know how to cook.
- Shifts: 24*7 (2 shifts)
- Only women candidates may apply. The candidate should be a resident of the local community.
- Security
- Qualification: Minimum 10th std with 2 years of experience working as security personnel.
- Shifts: 24*7 (shifts)

Salary Details:
- Centre Administrator – Rs.30,000/-
- Senior Counselor – Rs. 20,000/-
- IT Admin – Rs. 18,000/-
- Case Worker – Rs. 15,000/-
- Multi-Purpose Helper – Rs. 6,400/-
- Security – Rs. 10,000/-
