Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualification: (As on 14.02.2024)

Dy. Manager (Finance):

Qualification: Degree in any discipline with Chartered Accountant (CA) or Cost Accountant (CMA).
Experience: Executive/Officer experience in Govt. or PSUs or reputed organizations as per the specified years in sales accounting, treasury, fund management & investment proposal, negotiation/discount of bills, costing, project accounting, MIS, budget control, compilation of annual accounts and audit thereof, direct & indirect taxation, tender procedures, computerized accounts, risk management, etc.

Dy. Manager (Systems):

Qualification: Degree in Engineering is essential. Recognized PG Diploma in Computer Science (Duration of not less than 2 years) OR Master in Computer Application OR M-Tech in Computer Science is desirable.
Experience: Executive/Officer experience in Govt. or PSUs or reputed organizations as specified, with a proven track record of building innovative IT solutions for business excellence. Proficiency in design and implementation methodologies like Agile, Scrum, lean.

Dy. Manager (HRD):

Qualification: Degree in any discipline is essential. Recognized PG Diploma in Personnel Management/Labour Welfare/Industrial Relations/Management/Behavioral Science/Trg. & Development/HRD/HRM (duration of not less than 2 years or full-time regular course of 1 year) OR MBA with specialization in PM/IR/HRD/HRM (Duration of not less than 2 years) OR PG Diploma in Social Welfare (IISW, Cal) is desirable.
Experience: Executive/Officer experience in Govt. or PSUs or reputed organizations as specified, with exposure to industrial environment and wide knowledge of HR policy development, industrial relations, recruitment, training & development, compensation and benefit administration, industrial law, and more.

Dy. Manager (Geology):

Qualification: M.Sc. (Geology)
Experience: Executive/Officer experience in Mining setup in Govt./PSUs or reputed organizations as specified, with exposure in quality control, deposit evaluation report preparation, mine planning, and knowledge of relevant statutes and regulations.

Dy. Manager (Survey):

Qualification: Degree in Mining Engg. Surveyor certificate of Competency in COAL is desirable.
Experience: Executive/Officer experience in Mining setup in Govt./PSUs or reputed organizations as specified, with experience in Mining Production/operation & development and/or Survey related activities in Coal Mines.

Dy. Manager (Coal Mining):

Qualification: Degree or Equivalent in Mining Engineering with 2nd Class Certificate of Competency under Coal Mines regulation (Restricted / Unrestricted)
Experience: Executive/Officer experience in Mining setup in Govt./PSUs or reputed organizations as specified, with experience in statutory norms, rules and regulations, Mines Act, MMDR Act, Forest and Environment Acts & other acts applicable to operations in Coal Mines.

Dy. Manager (Materials):

Qualification: Degree in Engg or any discipline is essential. Degree or recognized PG Diploma in Materials Management (Duration of not less than 2 years or full-time regular course of 1 year) OR MBA with specialization in Materials Management/Supply Chain/Logistics (Duration of not less than 2 years or full-time regular course of 1 year) is desirable.
Experience: Executive/Officer experience in Govt. or PSUs or reputed organizations as specified, with experience in materials planning, inventory control, vendor analysis and development, supply chain management, logistics management, procurement of capital equipment, raw materials, consumables, spares, etc., both domestic and import. Working experience in SAP module will be desirable.

Dy. Manager (Materials) – 35 Years

The Upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years for SC/ST; 3 years for OBC, 10 Years for Persons with Disabilities (15 years for SC/ST PWD’s & 13 years for OBC PWD’s) and for Ex-S as per Govt. of India rules. Dy. Manager (Finance) – Rs. 70,000-200,000/-
Dy. Manager (Systems) – Rs. 70,000-200,000/-
Dy. Manager (HRD) – Rs. 70,000-200,000/-
Dy. Manager (Geology) – Rs. 70,000-200,000/-
Dy. Manager (Survey) – Rs. 70,000-200,000/-
Dy. Manager (Coal Mining) – Rs. 70,000-200,000/-
