Full Details About this NCSM Recruitment 2023 OA positions
Education level:
1. Office Assistant Grade III – High School or equivalent. Applicants must be eligible to take the 10-minute typing test with at least 35 w.p.m. in English or 30 w.p.m. in computer Hindi corresponding to 10500/9000 Key Loss Per Hour (KDPH) is duly supported by a certificate from a recognized government organization.
2. Artist-A – Fine Arts/Commercial Arts degree/certificate valid for at least two years after the SLC. Applicants must have one year of post-graduation/certificate experience for a course duration of two years. For diploma/certificate applicants with a course duration of one year, two years of relevant post-certificate experience will be required.
3. Technician A – SSCD or matriculated with certificates from ITI or equivalent in related majors. Candidates must have one year of experience after receiving the certificate for a course duration of two years. For certificate applicants with a one-year course duration, two years of relevant post-certificate experience will be required. Note: The essential qualification (ITI or equivalent) must be from the relevant discipline i.e. carpenter/fitter/drawer/electronics/electrical.
4. Technical Assistant A – a) Technical Assistant-A (Electronics) – Diploma course (3 years) in Electronics. b) Technical Assistant A (Computer Science) – Degree course (3 years) in Computer Science or NIELIT `A` (formerly DOEACC `A`) Diploma/Information Technology from a duly accredited institution or Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA)/Computer Science. Note: The essential qualification (diploma/college) must be from the relevant major, i.e. Electronics/Computer Science/Information Technology/Computer Applications.
5. Exhibition Assistant A-: Bachelor of Visual Arts/Fine Arts/Commercial Arts
6. Educational Assistant A – Bachelor of Physical Science and Combination of the Two viz. Chemistry, Mathematics, Electronics, Computer Science, Astronomy, Geology and Statistics OR Bachelor of Science with Chemistry and Combination of the two subjects ie. Zoology, Botany, Microbiology, Environmental Science, Biotechnology, and Molecular Biology from a duly accredited university.
Salary details:
1. Office Assistant Gr. III – Remuneration Matrix – Rs 19,900-63,200/- (Level 2) and other allowed allowances according to NCSM rules. Total starting fee is Rs 34,725/- per month, (approximately) in Kolkata.
2. Artist-A – Remuneration Matrix – Rs 19,900-63,200/- (Level 2) and other permitted allowances as specified by HMCS. Total starting fee is Rs 34,725/- per month, approx. in Calcutta.
3. Technician A-: Remuneration Matrix – Rs 19,900-63,200/- (Level 2) and other allowed allowances as prescribed by HMCS. Total departure fee is Rs 34,725/- per month, (approx.) in Kolkata, Rs 32,304/- per month, (approximately) in Bhubaneswar and Rs 35,294/- per month, (approximately) in Guwahati, Rs. 32,304/- per month, (approximately) in Lucknow.
4. Technical Assistant A – : Remuneration Matrix – Rs 29,200-92,300/- (Level 5) and other allowed allowances as prescribed by HMCS. Total starting fee is around Rs 53,148/- per month. in Calcutta.
5. Exhibition Assistant A – Remuneration Matrix – Rs 29,200-92,300/- (Level 5) and other allowed allowances according to NCSM rules. Total starting fee is Rs 53,148/- per month, (approximately) in Kolkata.
6. Educational Assistant A – Remuneration Matrix – Rs 29,200-92,300/- (Level 5) and other allowable allowances as per NCSM regulations. Total starting fee is Rs 48,036/- per month, (approximately) in Lucknow.
HMCS 2023 office assistant selection process:
HMCS may follow the following process to select candidates.
1. Written exam/business exam
2. Maintenance Registration fee / HMCS Office Assistant Exam Fee: i) Tax payable: `885,00 {Tax. Only Rs.750.00 + 18% GST (Rs.135/-)} (Rupees eight thousand eighty-five). Online payments will be processed through the integrated payment gateway at the web link mentioned above: https://ncsm.gov.in/notice/career (ii) Female applicants and Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST), Disability (PwD) and Veterans Affairs (ESM) candidates who are eligible to apply are exempt from filing registration fee . (iii) Fees can be paid by Net Banking / Credit Card / Debit Card via web link. (iv) Applicants can pay fees online until March 27, 2023
