To be considered for a role as a NISE Project Engineer, you must meet the following educational and experiential requirements:
- Senior Project Engineer:
Essential Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree (B.E./B.Tech.) in Engineering, with a focus on Electrical, Electrical & Electronics, Electronics & Communication, Mechanical, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
- A Master’s degree (M.Tech.) in a relevant field is preferred.
Experience:
- At least six years of experience in the solar PV plant, technologies, and related areas after completing your undergraduate degree or three years of experience after completing a post-graduate degree.
- Project Engineer:
Essential Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree (B.E./B.Tech.) in Engineering, with a focus on Electrical, Electrical & Electronics, Electronics & Communication, Mechanical, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
Experience:
- At least three years of post-qualification experience in solar energy technologies and SPV projects.
- Senior Project Engineer:
Essential Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree (B.E./B.Tech.) in Engineering, with a focus on Electrical, Electrical & Electronics, Electronics & Communication, Mechanical, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
- A Master’s degree (M.Tech.) in a relevant field is preferred.
Experience:
- At least six years of experience in data analysis after completing your undergraduate degree or three years of experience after completing a post-graduate degree, with a preference for experience in solar data analysis.
- Proven working experience as a Data Analyst, technical expertise regarding data model, certification in data science, and machine learning are mandatory.
- Senior Project Engineer:
Essential Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree (B.E./B.Tech.) in Engineering, with a focus on Electrical, Electrical & Electronics, Electronics & Communication, Mechanical, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
Experience:
- At least six years of post-qualification experience in solar energy technologies and applications, with a preference for experience in skill development programs in government organizations, academic institutions, industry, or autonomous institutions.
- Senior Project Engineer –
i) Required Qualifications: The candidate must possess a B.E./B.Tech. degree in Engineering with a specialization in Electrical, Electrical & Electronics, Electronics & Communication, Mechanical, Renewable Energy, or any other relevant field.
ii) Experience: The candidate should have a minimum of six years of post-qualification experience in solar energy technologies and related fields. Candidates with prior experience in skill development programs in government organizations, academic institutions, industry, or autonomous institutions will be given preference.
- Senior Project Engineer –
i) Required Qualifications: The candidate must possess a B.E./B.Tech. degree in Engineering with a specialization in Electrical, Electrical & Electronics, Electronics & Communication, Mechanical, Renewable Energy, or any other relevant field. A M.Tech. degree in the relevant field is desirable.
ii) Experience: The candidate should have a minimum of six years of experience after graduation or three years of experience after post-graduation in the area of solar PV plants, technologies, applications, and related fields.
- Project Engineer –
i) Required Qualifications: The candidate must possess a B.E./B.Tech. degree in Engineering with a specialization in Electrical, Electrical & Electronics, Electronics & Communication, Mechanical, Renewable Energy, or any other relevant field.
ii) Experience: The candidate should have a minimum of three years of post-qualification experience in solar energy technologies and SPV projects.
- Project Engineer –
i) Required Qualifications: The candidate must possess a B.Tech. or B.E. degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, Engineering Physics, Chemistry, Instrumentation, or any other relevant field. An M.Sc. degree in renewable energy, physics, chemistry, electronics, or a M.Tech. degree in the relevant field is desirable.
ii) Experience: The candidate should have a minimum of three years of experience in academic institutes, research institutes, or industries with exposure to instrumentation, clean room environment, and handling of equipment used in basic research. Candidates with an M.Tech. degree in the relevant field do not require any working experience. Experience with MATLAB/SIMULINK, CAD, or any other designing/modelling software of electrical and mechanical streams is desirable.
- Project Engineer –
i) Required Qualifications: The candidate must possess a B.E./B.Tech. degree in Engineering with a specialization in Electrical, Electrical & Electronics, Electronics & Communication, Mechanical, Renewable Energy, or any other relevant field. A M.Tech. degree in the relevant field is desirable.
ii) Experience: The candidate should have a minimum of three years of experience in academic institutes, research institutes, or industries with exposure to instrumentation, clean room environment, and handling of equipment used in basic research. Candidates with an M.Tech. degree in the relevant field do not require any working experience. Experience with MATLAB/SIMULINK, CAD, or any other designing/modelling software of electrical and mechanical streams is desirable.
Age Limit:
- Senior Project Engineer: Applicants must be below 45 years of age.
- Project Engineer: Applicants must be below 40 years of age.
Applicants may be eligible for relaxation in the upper age limit as per the government’s rules. For further information, refer to the official notification released by NISE in 2023.
Salary Details:
- Senior Project Engineer: Candidates who have opted for a three-year engagement will receive a salary of Rs. 70,000/- per month in the first year, Rs. 75,000/- in the second year, and Rs. 80,000/- in the third year.
- Project Engineer: Candidates who have opted for a three-year engagement will receive a salary of Rs. 50,000/- per month in the first year, Rs. 53,000/- in the second year, and Rs. 56,000/- in the third year.
