AIASL Handyman Eligibility Criteria:
To be eligible for various positions at AIASL as outlined below, candidates must meet the following educational qualifications:
- Customer Service Executive: Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university under the 10+2+3 pattern. Preference will be given to those who have completed an Airline/Aviation Graduation or an Airline Diploma or a Certified course. They should also be proficient in using a PC.
- Jr. Customer Service Executive: Candidates must have completed 10+2 from a recognized board. Preference will be given to those who have completed an Airline/Aviation Graduation or an Airline Diploma or a Certified course. They should also be proficient in using a PC.
- Ramp Service Executive: Candidates must have a 3-year diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Production, Electronics, or Automobile recognized by the State Government, or ITI with NCTVT (Total 3 years) in motor vehicle Auto Electrical/ Air Conditioning/ Diesel Mechanic/ Bench Fitter/ Welder. (ITI with NCTVT certificate issued from Directorate of Vocational Education and Training of any State/Central Government with one-year experience in case of Welder) after passing SSC/Equivalent examination with Hindi/English/Local Language as one of the subjects. Additionally, candidates must carry the original, valid Heavy Motor Vehicle (HMV) at the time of appearing for the Trade Test.
- Utility Agent Cum Ramp Driver: Candidates must have passed SSC/10th Standard. They must also carry the original, valid HMV Driving License at the time of appearing for the trade test.
- Handyman: Candidates must have passed SSC/10th Standard and should be able to read and understand the English language. Knowledge of local and Hindi languages, i.e., the ability to understand and speak, is desirable.
Age Limit for AIASL Handyman Recruitment 2023:
If you are interested in the AIASL Handyman position, please note that the upper age limit for each category is as follows:
- Customer Service Executive – General category candidates must be 28 years or younger, OBC candidates must be 31 years or younger, and SC/ST candidates must be 33 years or younger.
- Jr. Customer Service Executive – General category candidates must be 28 years or younger, OBC candidates must be 31 years or younger, and SC/ST candidates must be 33 years or younger.
- Ramp Service Executive / Utility Agent Cum Ramp Driver – General category candidates must be 28 years or younger, OBC candidates must be 31 years or younger, and SC/ST candidates must be 33 years or younger.
- Handyman – General category candidates must be 28 years or younger, OBC candidates must be 31 years or younger, and SC/ST candidates must be 33 years or younger.
Candidates who qualify for relaxation in the upper age limit will be eligible for it in accordance with government regulations.

Salary Details:
If you are selected for one of the positions listed below, you will receive the following salary:
- Customer Service Executive – Rs. 25,980/-
- Jr. Customer Service Executive – Rs. 23,640/-
- Ramp Service Executive / Utility Agent Cum Ramp Driver – Rs. 25,980/-
- Handyman – Rs. 21,330/-
AIASL Handyman Selection Process 2023:
The selection process for each position is as follows:
- Customer Service Executive/ Jr. Customer Service Executive: Candidates will be interviewed in person or virtually. The company may also include a group discussion at its discretion, depending on the response. The selection process will take place on the same day or the subsequent day(s). Outstation candidates are advised to arrange their own lodging and boarding at their own expense if necessary.
- Ramp Service Executive / Utility Agent Cum Ramp Driver: Candidates will take a trade test that includes trade knowledge and driving tests, including driving tests for HMV. Candidates who pass the trade test will be interviewed in person or virtually. The selection process will take place on the same day or the subsequent day(s). Outstation candidates are advised to arrange their own lodging and boarding at their own expense if necessary.
- Handyman: Candidates will undergo a physical endurance test, such as weightlifting and running. Those who pass the physical endurance test will be interviewed in person or virtually. The selection process will take place on the same day or the subsequent day(s). Outstation candidates are advised to arrange their own lodging and boarding at their own expense if necessary.

If you meet the eligibility criteria listed in this advertisement as of April 1, 2023, you must walk-in to the venue on the specified date and time with a completed application form and copies of your testimonials/certificates (as per the attached application format). You must also bring a non-refundable application fee of Rs. 500/- (payable by demand draft in favor of “AI AIRPORTSERVICES LIMITED.”, payable in Mumbai).
