1. Technician-B (Electronic Mechanic):

1. SSLC/SSC Pass
2. ITI/NTC/NAC in Electronic Mechanic Trade from NCVT

2. Technician-B (Electrical):

2. SSLC/SSC Pass
3. ITI/NTC/NAC in Electrical Trade from NCVT

3. Technician-B (Instrument Mechanic):

3. SSLC/SSC Pass
4. ITI/NTC/NAC in Instrument Mechanic Trade from NCVT

4. Technician-B (Photography):

4. SSLC/SSC Pass
5. ITI/NTC/NAC in Digital Photography/Photography Trade from NCVT

5. Technician-B (Desktop Publishing Operator):

5. SSLC/SSC Pass
6. ITI/NTC/NAC in Desktop Publishing Operator Trade from NCVT

Age Limit: (As on 31.12.2023)

1. Technician-B (Electronic Mechanic) – 18-35 Years
2. Technician-B (Electrical) – 18-35 Years
3. Technician-B (Instrument Mechanic) – 18-35 Years
4. Technician-B (Photography) – 18-35 Years
5. Technician-B (Desktop Publishing Operator) – 18-35 Years

The upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC, 10 years for Persons with Disabilities (15 years for SC/ST PWD’s & 13 years for OBC PWD’s), and for Ex-Servicemen as per Govt. of India rules.

Salary Details:

1. Technician-B (Electronic Mechanic) – Level-3 of the Pay Matrix as per 7th CPC [Rs.21,700 – 69,100]
2. Technician-B (Electrical) – Level-3 of the Pay Matrix as per 7th CPC [Rs.21,700 – 69,100]
3. Technician-B (Instrument Mechanic) – Level-3 of the Pay Matrix as per 7th CPC [Rs.21,700 – 69,100]
4. Technician-B (Photography) – Level-3 of the Pay Matrix as per 7th CPC [Rs.21,700 – 69,100]
5. Technician-B (Desktop Publishing Operator) – Level-3 of the Pay Matrix as per 7th CPC [Rs.21,700 – 69,100]

Selection Process:

NRSC ISRO will follow this selection process:

1. Computer Based Test (CBT)
2. Skill Test & Certificate Verification

The Written Test for recruitment will be conducted through online Computer Based Test (CBT) mode at the following cities tentatively:

Application Fee:

There is a non-refundable Application Fee of ₹100/- (Rupees One Hundred only) for each application. However, initially, all candidates have to uniformly pay Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) per application as a processing fee. The Processing fee will be refunded only to candidates who appear in the written test, as under:

• Rs.500/-: Refund in full for candidates who are exempted from payment of Application Fee (women, SC/ST/ PwBD, Ex-Servicemen).
• Rs.400/-: After deducting the Application Fee for all other candidates.

The Application fee will be collected only through Online mode via SBI e-Payment gateway, and the link for making the payment will appear on submission of the online application. The fee can be paid using any one of the following modes:

• Internet Banking
• Unified Payment Interface (UPI)
• Debit Cards (Domestic)

How to Apply:

Candidates fulfilling all the above criteria must apply online through the link on the NRSC ISRO website in the careers webpage under the current openings section, i.e., from 09.12.2023 @ 10.00 AM to 31.12.2023 @ 05.00 PM. No other mode of application will be accepted.
