Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- Sr. Manager (Mining)
- Qualification: BE/B. Tech in Mining Engg. with 1st Class MMCC under the MMR 1961.
- Essential Experience: Minimum 8 years of relevant post-degree experience in highly mechanized metalliferous mines, with at least 4 years’ experience after acquiring 1st Class MMCC.
- Desirable: Preference for candidates with exposure in IT/software-enabled mine planning, design & development and those with Unrestricted Competency (1st Class MMCC).
- Dy. Manager (Mining)
- Qualification: Diploma in Mining Engg. with 1st Class MMCC or BE/B. Tech in Mining Engg. with/without 2nd Class MMCC under the MMR 1961.
- Dy. Manager (Company Affairs)
- Qualification: Graduation from a recognized University with associate membership in the Institute of the Company Secretaries of India.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience in dealing with compliances of various provisions of Companies Act-2013 and related responsibilities.
Age Limit (As on 30.11.2023)
- Sr. Manager (Mining) – Not exceeding 40 years.
- Dy. Manager (Mining) – Between 21 to 38 years.
- Dy. Manager (Company Affairs) – Between 21 to 38 years. Age relaxation per government norms applies for specific categories.
Salary Details
- Sr. Manager (Mining) – Rs. 67,700/- to Rs. 2,08,700/- (Level-13)
- Dy. Manager (Mining) – Rs. 67,700/- to Rs. 2,08,700/- (Level-13)
- Dy. Manager (Company Affairs) – Rs. 67,700/- to Rs. 2,08,700/- (Level-13)
