Responsibilities: The Customer Support Intern will be responsible for resolving and responding to customer queries, managing incoming customer service queries, meeting SLAs for all relevant communication channels, sending timely customer-related communication, coordinating with internal teams, identifying and assessing customer needs and feedback, handling customer complaints, and providing appropriate solutions or alternatives within time limits.

Salary/Pay and Grade Pay: The Customer Support Intern will receive a monthly salary of approximately Rs 33,300. Further salary details are mentioned in the notification.

Age Limit: Candidates must be at least 18 years old to be eligible for this recruitment. There is no upper age limit specified.

Educational Qualifications: To be eligible for the Customer Support Intern position, candidates must have either passed 12th grade or have a graduate degree in any discipline.
