Description About the Job

In this role, your primary responsibility will be to interact with both internal and external clients such as authorized signatories, client managers, and merchants, resolving their inquiries through email and phone.

You should possess knowledge of KYC, and work on daily inventory towards cases related to merchant services as well as manage the mailbox to ensure timely action of all requests.

Creating cases on relevant tools, maintaining trackers and files for the team, and identifying gaps in the process and recommending solutions are essential tasks.

You should consistently manage high volumes of work accurately and efficiently while adhering to stringent timelines. Additionally, you should monitor daily suspense volumes and liaise with internal and external clients to reduce the volume, carry out due diligence activities, focus on merchant requirements, productivity, and efficiency to ensure SLAs are met, and contribute towards team goals by strictly managing individual productivity and quality targets.

Taking ownership of the email/issue and resolving customer expectations to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction is important.

You should understand, determine, and anticipate customer needs and present appropriate solutions, demonstrating a strong focus on process improvements while adhering to organization policies and audit controls.

Building an excellent rapport with the team and other business groups to ensure smooth day-to-day operations is crucial.

To be eligible for this role, you must be a graduate/post-graduate with relevant experience. Excellent oral and written communication skills, strong interpersonal and coordination skills, a committed customer focus, and the ability to make independent decisions and meet stringent deadlines are also essential.

Good computer skills, a good command over MS Excel, Access, and PowerPoint, and a strong focus on results are additional requirements.
