RMFL Administrative Assistant Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualification & Experience: (As of May 31, 2023)

Senior Manager –

Educational Qualifications: Graduation in any discipline under the regular stream of education, i.e., 10+2+3 pattern.

Experience: Candidates should have a minimum of 7 years of continuous work experience as an officer in a Micro Finance Institution. Proficiency in computer operations and a valid driving license for a Two-Wheeler vehicle are required.

Manager –

Educational Qualifications: Graduation in any discipline under the regular stream of education, i.e., 10+2+3 pattern.

Experience: Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years of continuous work experience as an officer in a Micro Finance Institution. Proficiency in computer operations and a valid driving license for a Two-Wheeler vehicle are required.

Deputy Manager –

Educational Qualifications: Graduation in any discipline under the regular stream of education, i.e., 10+2+3 pattern.

Experience: Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of continuous work experience as an officer in a Micro Finance or Other Financial Institution. Proficiency in computer operations and a valid driving license for a Two-Wheeler vehicle are required.

Assistant Manager –

Educational Qualifications: Graduation in any discipline under the regular stream of education, i.e., 10+2+3 pattern.

Experience: Preference will be given to candidates with experience in Micro Finance or any Financial Institution. Proficiency in computer operations and a valid driving license for a Two-Wheeler vehicle are required.

Administrative Assistant –

Educational Qualifications: Graduation in any discipline under the regular stream of education, i.e., 10+2+3 pattern. (Those who are completing graduation during the academic year 2022-23 can also apply)

Experience: Candidates must have proficiency in computer operations and a valid driving license for a Two-Wheeler vehicle.

Age Limit: (As of May 31, 2023)

Senior Manager – Must not have completed 35 years.
Manager – Must not have completed 35 years.
Deputy Manager – Must not have completed 30 years.
Assistant Manager – Must not have completed 28 years.
Administrative Assistant – Must not have completed 28 years.

Salary Details:

Senior Manager – CTC starting from Rs.8.00 lakhs per annum (fixed + variable)
Manager – CTC starting from Rs.6.50 lakhs per annum (fixed + variable)
Deputy Manager – CTC starting from Rs.5.00 lakhs per annum (fixed + variable)
Assistant Manager – CTC starting from Rs.4.30 lakhs per annum (fixed + variable)
Administrative Assistant – CTC starting from Rs.3.50 lakhs per annum (fixed + variable)

RMFL Administrative Assistant Selection Process 2023:

The selection process for the posts of Senior Manager and Manager will be based on shortlisting and interview. Shortlisted candidates who meet the prescribed criteria will be called for a personal interview.
The selection process for the posts of Deputy Manager, Assistant Manager, and Administrative Assistant will be based on shortlisting, a written exam, and an interview. Shortlisted candidates who meet the prescribed criteria will be called for a written examination as the preliminary process.
The written examination will consist of questions on Micro Finance, General Awareness, Test of reasoning, Numerical Ability, Computer Knowledge, and English Language. The examination pattern will be Objective and Descriptive, conducted in English only.
Candidates who pass the written examination will be called for a personal interview. The qualifying mark in the written exam will be determined by the Company, and no correspondence will be entertained in this regard.
The written examination and personal interview will be held in Chennai only. The date and venue of the written examination will be communicated individually to the shortlisted candidates in due course. The Company reserves the right to cancel or make changes in the place/date if necessary.

Application Fee/Exam Fee for RMFL Administrative Assistant:

I. Application fees and Intimation Charges (non-refundable) are Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) (Inclusive of GST) for all posts.

II. Fee payment must be made online through the payment gateway available on the RMFL website.

III. After ensuring the correctness of the particulars in the application form, candidates are required to pay the fees through the integrated payment gateway. No changes or edits in the application will be allowed thereafter.

IV. The payment can be made using Debit Card/Credit Card/Internet Banking, etc., by providing the requested information on the screen. Transaction charges for online payment, if any, shall be borne by the candidates.

Candidates fulfilling all the above-mentioned criteria must apply online only through the link on the RMFL website in the careers webpage under the current openings section, i.e., from June 28, 2023, to July 19, 2023. No other mode of application will be accepted.
