Description About the Job
Job Title: Payroll Specialist.
Workplace – Work from home.
Job Duties and Responsibilities – Responsibilities for this grand opening are detailed below
Handle frontline customer inquiries via phone and email; build and maintain the relationship we have with our clients and provide world-class service
Process client payroll accurately and in a timely manner; from receiving payroll changes (through a variety of methods) to submitting and approving client payroll in a timely manner
Enter payroll changes – hours worked, change of address , etc.
Process payroll within agreed timeframe
Generate client payroll report
Send payroll results to client for review and approval
Process and respond to client inquiries/inquiries orders within agreed timeframes
Create invoice triggers to correctly pay customers
Ensure accuracy and accuracy of timely payments to employees and statutory agencies
Increase satisfaction customer experience/improve customer experience
Maintain accurate customer records on CRM system
Maintain internal reporting requirements
Develop company processes and procedures based on requirements of customers and companies.
Degree Requirements – Applicants must have a bachelor’s degree.
Age – Applicants must be at least 18 years old.
Safeguard Global has no higher age limit. , Salary Scale / CTC – The average salary of a Payroll Specialist at Safeguard Global is around Rs 40,700 per month, or about 5,3 lakhs per year.
Expected knowledge and skills – The knowledge and skills you need are listed below.
Good communication skills; both written and verbal
Payroll/tax knowledge, Form 24Q submission process, proof of investment verification
Good computer skills
Ability to develop a team of people, ie.share knowledge and expertise with colleagues and clients; training, development, special training
Demonstrated customer service skills
Good at Excel/ Word/ PPT.
Selection Process – The selection process depends solely on pre-selection. After a shortlisted candidate, there will be a series of assessment tests and a virtual/face-to-face interview.
Upon successful completion of these rounds, candidates will receive a membership letter from the company on their registered email id.
Experienced or Newer – Both beginners and experienced are eligible for Safeguard Global.
Experience in HR/Salary is preferred.
