Theni OSC Centre Centre Multi-Purpose Helper Eligibility Criteria:
Educational Qualification:
- Case Worker: Candidates must possess a Master’s Degree in Social Work (BSW) or a Bachelor’s Degree in Counselling Psychology or Development Management (B.Sc) along with at least 1 year of experience in a relevant field. This position is open only to female candidates.
- Multi-Purpose Helper: Candidates should have passed 8th grade and should have prior experience working in an office setup. They should also possess basic cooking skills. Additionally, candidates must be residents of the local community.
- Security Guard: Candidates should have experience working in an office setup and should be residents of the local community. Prior experience in a relevant field is also required. The maximum age limit for this position is 35 years.
Salary:
- Case Worker: The selected candidates for the Case Worker position will receive a salary of Rs. 15,000 per month.
- Multi-Purpose Helper: The selected candidates for the Multi-Purpose Helper position will receive a salary of Rs. 6,400 per month.
- Security Guard: The selected candidates for the Security Guard position will receive a salary of Rs. 10,000 per month.
