Vacancy details For this job:

Candidates applying for Sophos (Work from Home/Hybrid- Ahmedabad) recruitment must be at least 18 years old, with no upper age limit specified.

The job responsibilities for this position include strictly adhering to the wiki/other instructions and Export Policy/Billing Policy while processing orders.

Additionally, it is important to meet TL’s expectations and leave after alerting them at the end of the month/quarter/year.

Regular updates to outside SLA Metrics and case comments are also required. Candidates should review the Case and Orders queues regularly and work with Regional TL/L2s to resolve any stopped orders/cases.

All orders must be processed within the agreed-upon SLAs, and daily tasks must be completed as required.

The selection process for this position involves shortlisting candidates based on age, location, and qualifications.

This will be followed by a Personal Interview, which can be either face-to-face or telephonic.

As a Sales Order Processor, you will work with Regional OP TLs and L2s to process orders in accordance with company policies and instructions.

You will monitor the case and order queues and clear any stuck orders with the help of TLs/L2s.

You will be expected to adhere to the wiki instructions, export policy, billing policy, and global order processing practices, with any doubts cleared with the help of TLs/L2s.

Additionally, you will ensure on-the-job behavior and utilization of company resources align with HR policy.

You will be responsible for updating SLA metrics, case comments, and ensuring that all orders are processed within agreed SLAs.

You will also be required to fulfill any other daily expectations, such as updating outside SLA reasons while processing orders and updating case value/reason immediately.

Finally, you will need to obtain approval from TL before taking any planned leave and update the HR portal and calendar accordingly.

To be successful in this role, you will need prior experience in sales order processing, good teamwork skills, and the ability to work well under pressure in a high-volume environment. You must be willing to work the night shift.
