Role: We are seeking a Customer Success Manager to join our dedicated Customer Success team.
As Sprinto’s Ambassador for all our customers, you will deeply understand their businesses, possess high emotional intelligence and empathy, and demonstrate a strong sense of ownership.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate seamless onboarding of clients onto the Sprinto platform, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
- Maintain regular and proactive communication with customers, providing updates on product enhancements and action plans.
- Collaborate closely with our Product and Engineering teams to enhance our product offerings.
- Drive customer advocacy through activities such as collecting client testimonials, encouraging G2 reviews, and developing case studies.
- Foster customer and revenue retention by ensuring the satisfaction and ongoing investment of customers in Sprinto.
- Assist the Sales team, when needed, in addressing technical inquiries about the product.
Requirements:
- Possess 1-2 years of experience in a B2B SaaS product company.
- Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills, as customer interaction is a key aspect of the role.
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of cloud technology, including concepts like S3 buckets, DB encryption, and Virtual Private Cloud.
- Enjoy engaging with customers and building strong relationships, finding fulfillment as their go-to person for support.
- Display a systematic and methodical approach, consistently meeting commitments and promptly identifying business opportunities.
- Possess strong prioritization skills and the ability to work effectively with customers across different time zones.
