Job Summary:

• Respond to customer inquiries related to McAfee products and provide technical troubleshooting support for McAfee products on both PC and Mobile platforms.

• Assist customers with the installation and uninstallation of McAfee products.

• Help customers configure products, address error messages, and resolve common issues.

• Maintain a professional company image through phone and email chat interactions.

• Deliver product and service information to customers.

• Provide assistance with customer service matters such as product renewals and refunds.

• Transfer customer calls to the appropriate department as necessary.

• Escalate calls to the next level when required.

Qualifications:

• Education: Any Graduate / Higher Secondary / 3 years Diploma

Job Description: We are seeking an Associate for Transaction Processing in our Chennai office. In this role, you will be responsible for various tasks related to account management and collections, ensuring efficient and timely resolution of customer payment matters.

Key Responsibilities:

Reviewing open accounts as per the daily Aging report.
Monitoring and maintaining assigned accounts, including conducting collection calls (both outbound and inbound) in a professional manner, making account adjustments, and reconciling customer accounts.
Collecting customer payments in adherence to due dates and proactively following up on payment arrangements.
Monitoring customer payment activities to ensure timely receivables collection.
Promptly escalating issues in case of non-payment or lack of response.
Providing exemplary customer service by sending statements, processing customer refunds, handling account adjustments, and resolving client billing issues with efficiency.
Identifying factors contributing to account delinquency and discussing them with customers, escalating when necessary.
Assisting in the resolution of unapplied credits (UCs) and short-paid invoices.
Sending dunning letters to prompt customers to settle delinquent accounts.
Communicating and following up with Sales/Operations departments regarding customer accounts on a timely basis.
Maintaining and updating daily/weekly trackers while ensuring self-quality checks.
Adhering to Control and Compliance protocols.
Acting as a liaison between customers, Sales, Billing, and internal departments to facilitate smooth transaction flow and issue resolution.
Following and updating the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
Actively participating in Learning & Development initiatives.

Qualifications:

Minimum of an undergraduate degree.
