Responsibilities of Chat/Email Support:

  • Respond promptly to emails and chat inquiries
  • Aid customers in modifying account services and features
  • Raise service issue tickets based on the nature of the problem
  • Analyze, identify, and diagnose technical issues
  • Provide customers with updates on existing trouble tickets
  • Escalate customer grievances following company guidelines

Responsibilities of Voice Specialists:

  • Initiate calls to end users to address queries related to journey aspects such as cancellations, appointment bookings, work permissions, and address clarifications
  • Provide efficient and accurate responses to end users, explaining potential solutions to ensure a supportive and valued customer experience
  • Actively listen to callers, verifying information, and de-escalating tense situations when necessary
  • Strive to meet or exceed Service Level Agreement (SLA) metrics through consistent customer service

Salary and Grade Pay:

  • Chat/Email Support: The monthly salary for this position ranges from Rs 21,600 to Rs 29,160.
  • Voice Specialist: The monthly salary for this role is approximately Rs 28,300.

Age Requirement:

  • Candidates must be at least 18 years old to apply; there is no upper age limit specified by TCS.

Educational Qualifications:

  • Chat/Email Support: A graduate degree in any discipline is required.
