- Junior Customer Service Executive – Multiple positions available.
Responsibilities of Junior Customer Service Executive:
- Operate and maintain equipment and network components to ensure network efficiency and availability.
- Provide efficient and effective technical support according to SLAs (Service Level Agreements).
- Manage the technical support center and handle escalation desk/tickets for NOC (Network Operations Center) and SOC (Security Operations Center) issues.
- Monitor vendor performance, including critical incidents, delayed cases, and adherence to SLAs.
- Plan activities and manage change effectively.
- Resolve network and SOC problems promptly.
- Establish tools and procedures for monitoring network performance.
- Ensure platform and service availability to customers through cost-effective routing, ensuring compliance with SLAs and quality of service.
Salary/Pay and Grade Pay:
- The salary for the Junior Customer Service Executive position is approximately Rs 32,500 – 41,600 per month. Please refer to the notification for detailed salary information.
Educational Qualifications:
- Junior Customer Service Executive: A graduate degree in any discipline.
Knowledge and Skills Required:
- Good communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Ability to remain calm in emergency situations.
