Ensure a seamless transition throughout the customer lifecycle by working closely with pre-sales professional service and support teams
Evaluate customer requirements, needs and business goals and translate them into business processes, solutions and modules being implemented
Must be able to analyze and solve complex customer problems related to data and processes
Need to be updated on HRMS domain and new processes
Provide performance and product ownership for their commitments
Follow the instructions and provide a status report to the designated manager for their project
Responsible for building strong customer relationships and enhancing employee engagement
Short-term/long-term business trip if necessary
Continue to improve and update domain process knowledge.
Salary/Remuneration and Level Remuneration – For the HRMS Functional Consultant position, the salary to be paid will be around Rs 41,300 per month.
