1. Customer Support Executive – multiple positions available.

Responsibilities: As a Customer Support Executive, your responsibilities include the following:

• Responding to customer queries and providing solutions through phone calls
• Escalating priority issues to the immediate lead, based on client specifications
• Providing input on process changes and best practices
• Keeping updated with new process changes and updates
• Maintaining exemplary attendance and punctuality
• Ensuring customer satisfaction by providing quality service
• Meeting quality standards on all handled contacts
• Completing 9 hours of staffed time on all rostered days
• Handling contacts while maintaining KPI targets as per agreed limits

Salary and Grade Pay: For the Customer Support Executive position, the salary payable will be approximately Rs 27,800 per month. More information about the salary is available in the notification.
