Job Position: Analyst Location: The job will be located in Gurgaon Or Candidate Can Request For a WFH Option.
Job Responsibilities:
- Compile and bill attorney hours per contract specifications
- Issue debit and credit memos and monthly statements to customers, cancel or void invoices, and address customer concerns related to billing
- Update and monitor customers’ accounts, file and track invoice statuses, review aged reports to view outstanding balances, and send payment reminders to respective customers
- Respond to client requests or transfer them to the necessary department
- Follow up on delinquent payments and resubmit billing as needed
- Track the status of billed invoices
- Revise and resubmit short-paid and rejected invoices
- Review time entries on pre-bills and request revisions of insufficient entries
- Determine expenses and fees that were short-paid or rejected and cannot be recovered
- Gather and organize supporting documentation for expense charges
- Update and maintain customer contact information master files
- Work closely with all accounting departments
- Maintain an updated master file with special billing instructions for each customer
- Assist in providing audit materials when requested
Required Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
Age Requirement: Candidates must be at least 18 years old. There is no upper age limit mentioned by UnitedLex.
Pay Scale/CTC: The average monthly salary of an Analyst at UnitedLex is approximately Rs 32,500, which will be around 3.9 lakhs per year.
Expected Knowledge and Skills:
- Very good written and verbal communication skills
- Good research skills and knowledge of contract-to-cash cycle
- Moderate level of Excel knowledge, able to create dashboards and reports using Excel. Microsoft AX is a plus point.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Able to perform day-to-day tasks based on standard processes
- Administrative skills
- Organization skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Selection Process: The selection process depends purely on shortlisting. Once a candidate is shortlisted, there will be a round of assessment tests and virtual/face-to-face interviews. Job Summary:
We are seeking an Invoicing Analyst to join our team. The Invoicing Analyst will be responsible for billing customers for goods and services rendered. This individual will apply applicable discounts, special rates, or credit terms and ensure all invoices are correct before sending them to customers or insurance providers. The role will monitor E-billing progress, participate in billing operations, client implementations, deductions, system maintenance, and ensure that functions are run efficiently.
