Eligibility Criteria for TMB Relationship Manager:
Educational Qualification:
- Relationship Manager – MSME: Graduation or Post Graduation in any discipline under a regular stream with a minimum of 60% marks from a recognized university.
Experience: At least 3 years of relevant experience in a bank or any financial institution in sourcing/processing MSME loans.
- Jewel Loan Relationship Officers – Scale I:
Minimum Qualification: Graduation or Post Graduation in any discipline under a regular stream with a minimum of 60% marks from a recognized university.
Experience: At least 3 years of relevant experience in a bank or any financial institution handling jewel loans.
- Deputy General Manager (MSME Credit):
Eligibility: AGM/DGM/AVP/DVP/VP in public/private sector scheduled commercial banks with exceptional experience in credit for a period of at least 2 years in the cadre.
Experience: Candidates should have exceptional experience in credit appraisal at Regional/Zonal/Head Office level and should have handled and managed all types of credit proposals, including MSME, corporate credit, export credit, etc., for a period of at least 5 years.
- Credit Analyst – Scale II:
Eligibility: Bachelor’s degree with a background in finance, accounting, or other related fields. Additional qualifications such as an MBA in Finance or practical designations like the Commercial Banking and Credit Analyst (CBCA) program will be given high preference.
Experience: Candidates should have a minimum of three years of experience in a bank or any financial institution underwriting MSME proposals.
- Chief Manager – Credit – Scale IV:
Eligibility: Graduation/Post Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university.
Preferred: CA/CFA/CMA/ICWA.
Experience: Minimum 5 years of work experience in MSME credit/Corporate Credit as an executive in a supervisory/management role, senior manager, or assistant vice president in a public/private sector scheduled commercial bank. Experience in handling high-value credit and appraisal/assessment of credit proposals of MSMEs.

- Relationship Manager – MSME: Maximum age of 30 years.
- Jewel Loan Relationship officers – Scale I: Maximum age of 30 years.
- Deputy General Manager (MSME Credit): Maximum age of 50 years.
- Credit Analyst – Scale II: Maximum age of 35 years.
- Chief Manager – Credit – Scale IV: Maximum age of 45 years.
The upper age limit is relaxed as follows: 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC, 10 years for Persons with Disabilities (15 years for SC/ST PWDs and 13 years for OBC PWDs), and as per the rules of the Government of India. Candidates will receive relaxation in the upper age limit according to Government rules. Refer to the TMB official Notification 2023 for more details.

Shortlisted candidates will be invited for an online examination/personal interview conducted through Video Conferencing/Direct Interview. The date and time for the interview will be communicated individually to eligible candidates.
