Non-Medical Eligibility Criteria for TMC:

To be considered for the following positions at TMC, candidates must meet the following educational qualifications and essential experience criteria:

Chief Administrative Officer:

Graduate from a recognized university
Postgraduate degree or diploma in Personnel Management/Human Resource Development Management/Labour Welfare/Industrial Relations/Public Administration from a reputed institute
Experience in Administration, Human Resource Development, Finance, Material Management, Estate Management, Policy Formation, Establishment matters, etc.
Candidates working in the Government/Autonomous Body/PSUs should be in Pay Matrix Level-11 (GP 6600) or have combined experience of 6 years at Pay Matrix Level-9 (GP 5400) and above
Candidates working in the private sector should have 15 years of experience, including 5 years of senior managerial experience and drawing a current gross salary of Rs. 1,09,824/- per month
Candidates well-versed with Government procedures will be preferred.

Medical Physicist ‘D’:

M.Sc. (Physics) and Diploma in Radiological Physics conducted by BARC or equivalent AERB approved qualifications
5 years’ experience in advanced computerized treatment planning systems and other state-of-the-art technology.

Scientific Officer ‘D’ (Transplant Immunology & Immunogenetics Laboratory):

Ph.D. in Molecular Genetics/Applied Biology or Life Sciences or in a related field/Molecular Biology/Biochemistry/Microbiology
Minimum 1 year of post-doctoral relevant laboratory experience in a hospital or research institute is essential.

Scientific Officer ‘D’ IT Networking:

M.E/M.Tech (Computer Science/Information Technology) or equivalent from a Govt recognized university or
B.E/B.Tech (Computer Science/Information Technology) or equivalent with a minimum aggregate of 50% marks from a Govt recognized university
Minimum 2 years of experience for M.E/M.Tech or 4 years of experience for B.E/B.Tech in configuration/troubleshooting/maintaining, managing PC’s servers, various network equipments like L2 and L3 switches, routers, desktop (windows) OS, Windows, maintaining lease line connectivity etc.
Candidate must have practical working knowledge of IBM I Series (AS/400, DB2) system operation, administration, backup procedures, etc.
Candidates having prior relevant experience of working in the Healthcare Industry for the implementation of various software modules will be preferred.

Administrative Officer III HRD:

Graduate from a recognized university
Postgraduate degree or diploma or Master of Business Administration in Human Resource Development Management/Personnel Management/Labour Welfare/Industrial Relations/Public Administration from a reputed institute
Experience in Human Resource Development, Administration, Recruitment, Establishment matter, Industrial Relations, RTI matters, legal, vigilance, etc.
Candidates working in the Government/Autonomous Body/PSUs should be in Pay Matrix Level-9 (GP 5400) or at Level-8 (GP 4800) with combined experience of 8 years at Pay Matrix Level-7 (GP 4600) and above
Candidates working in the private sector should have 15 years of experience, including 5 years of managerial experience and drawing a current gross salary of Rs. 87,048/- per month
Candidates well-versed with Government procedures will be preferred.

Chief Security Officer:

Ex-servicemen/Police Personnel/Central Para Military Forces Personnel worked in a senior capacity not below the rank of Major/Dy. Commissioner of Police/Commandant in the Armed Forces/Police/Central Para Military Forces respectively
Candidate should possess a Graduation certificate from armed forces or any other

The position of Medical Physicist ‘C’ requires an individual to possess an M.Sc. in Physics, a Diploma in Radiological Physics, or any equivalent AERB-approved qualification, and certification as a Radiological Safety Officer from AERB. One year of clinical experience as a Medical Physicist using state-of-the-art technology is essential, while computer programming skills in C++, MATLAB, and Python are desirable.
For the role of Scientific Officer ‘SB’ in Occupational Therapy, candidates must have a Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized university and at least one year of experience in a relevant field.
The Assistant Administrative Officer (Purchase & Stores) must hold a degree from a recognized university and a degree or diploma in Material Management from a reputed institution. Essential experience includes experience in importing chemicals, laboratory and hospital equipment, purchasing drugs, surgical items, kits, reagents, etc. The candidate should be well-versed in customs clearance formalities, purchase/stores information systems, and modern methods of Material Management. Candidates working in the Government/Autonomous Body/PSUs should have at least eight years of experience and must be in Pay Matrix Level -5 (GP 2800) and above. Candidates working in the private sector should also have eight years of experience and draw a current gross salary of Rs. 57,330/- per month. Candidates well-versed with Government procedures will be given preference.
Assistant Accounts Officer candidates should have experience in the Accounts Department dealing with billing, salary, budget, cash & bank, balance sheet, etc. A graduate degree from a recognized university and a degree or diploma in Financial Management from a reputed institution are required. (a) Candidates working in the Government/Autonomous Body/PSUs should have at least eight years of experience and must be in Pay Matrix Level—5 (GP 2800) and above. (b) Candidates working in the private sector should also have eight years of experience and draw a current gross salary of Rs. 57,330/- per month. Alternatively, candidates may possess a professional qualification of Chartered Accountant or ICWA. (bi) Three years’ experience post CA/ICWA. OR (bii) Five years’ total experience pre or post CA/ICWA. Candidates well-versed with Government procedures will be given preference.
Nurse ‘A’ candidates must possess General Nursing & Midwifery plus a Diploma in Oncology Nursing with one year of clinical experience in a 50-bed hospital OR Basic or Post Basic B.Sc.(Nursing) with one year of clinical experience in a minimum of 50-bed hospital. Clinical experience before post Basic B.Sc. will also be considered. Candidates who have completed the Diploma in Nursing Oncology and served the entire bond period will receive a relaxation in age by five years. Candidates should be eligible to register with the Indian Nursing Council/State Nursing Council, and Hepatitis Vaccination should be completed. General Nursing & Midwifery & Basic or Post Basic B.Sc (Nursing) should be recognized by Indian Nursing Council / State Nursing Council.
The Assistant must hold a graduate degree from a recognized university and have knowledge of Microsoft Office. Essential experience includes at least seven years of administrative work experience in HRD, Administration, Accounts, Purchase, Stores, etc.
Scientific Assistant ‘B’ (Radio Therapy) candidates must possess a B.Sc. in Physics with a minimum of 50% marks and a Post Graduate Diploma in Radiotherapy Technology from a recognized institute/university approved by AERB OR a B.Sc. (Radiotherapy Technology) – a 3/4-year course from a recognized institute/university approved by AERB. For B.Sc. (Physics) + PG

For the TMC Non-Medical Selection Process in 2023, candidates selected for an interview, written examination, or skill test must bring original documents and one copy to confirm the information provided in their online application form, such as their date of birth, qualifications, experience, caste, and disability certificate. Without these documents, applicants will not be permitted to participate in the selection process.

Candidates must pay an application fee of Rs. 300/- online via Debit Card/Credit Card. However, SC/ST/Female Candidates/Persons with Disabilities/Ex-servicemen (who are applying for a civil post for the first time after serving any rank) are exempt from paying application fees. The application fee paid will not be refunded under any circumstances.
