Eligibility Criteria for TMC Scientific Assistant Positions:

Educational Qualification:

Medical Officer ‘E’, Radio Diagnosis: M.D. / D.N.B. (Radiology / Radio-diagnosis) or equivalent postgraduate degree recognized by the National Medical Commission with a minimum of 3 years’ post M.D./ D.N.B. experience in Radiodiagnosis in a teaching hospital.
Medical Officer ‘F’ (Surgical Oncology): M.Ch. (Surgical Oncology) or equivalent postgraduate degree recognized by the National Medical Commission with 5 years’ post M.Ch experience. OR M.S. / D.N.B. (General Surgery / ENT) or equivalent postgraduate degree recognized by the National Medical Commission with 8 years’ post M.S . /D.N.B. experience in a teaching institute.
Medical Officer ‘F’ (Radiation Oncology): M.D. / DNB (Radiation Oncology / Radiotherapy) or equivalent postgraduate degree recognized by the National Medical Commission with a minimum of 8 years Post M.D. / DNB experience in Radiation Oncology.
Medical Officer ‘E’ (Nuclear Medicine): M.D. / D.N.B. (Nuclear Medicine) or equivalent degree in Nuclear Medicine recognized by the National Medical Commission with 3 years’ post M.D. / D.N.B. experience in Nuclear Medicine in a Teaching Hospital.
Medical Officer ‘E’ (Medical Oncology) (Adult Haematolymphoid): D.M. / D.N.B. (Medical Oncology / Haematology) or equivalent postgraduate degree recognized by the National Medical Commission OR M.D. / D.N.B. (Medicine) or equivalent postgraduate degree recognized by the National Medical Commission with 3 Years’ post M.D./ D.N.B. experience in Medical Oncology or Clinical Haematology in a Teaching Hospital.
Medical Officer ‘E’ (Plastic Surgery): M.Ch. / D.N.B. (Plastic Surgery) or equivalent postgraduate degree recognized by the National Medical Commission with a minimum of 1 year experience in Onco-reconstruction and Microvascular Surgery either during M.Ch training or Post M.Ch.
Assistant Medical Superintendent II: M.B.B.S or B.D.S. from a recognized university in India OR a Medical qualification included in the First Schedule or Second Schedule or Part II of the Third Schedule of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956. (Persons possessing qualifications included in Part II of Third schedule should also fulfill the conditions specified in Section 13(3) of the Act) AND a) A Postgraduate qualification such as MD or DNB in Hospital/ Healthcare Administration or a recognized equivalent qualification, with 3 years’ experience in Hospital Administration, after obtaining the P.G. Degree, in hospitals with a minimum of 100 beds. OR b) A Full-Time M.H.A. (Masters in Hospital / Healthcare Administration / Management) or a Full-Time M.B.A. or a Full-Time Post Graduate Degree recognized as equivalent to MBA by AICTE/ AIU with 4 years’ experience in Hospital Administration, after obtaining the P.G. Degree, in hospitals with a minimum of 100 beds.
Scientific Assistant ‘B’ (Pathology): B.Sc. (Botany / Zoology / Chemistry / Applied Biology / Biology / Biotechnology) with 50% marks and Degree or Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT) from a Government recognized Institute with a minimum of 1 year working experience in Pathology Laboratory OR B.Sc. (MLT) from a Government recognized Institute / University with a minimum of 2 years working experience in Pathology Laboratory. Candidates should possess basic computer skills and good working knowledge of English.
Scientific Assistant ‘B’ (General Medicine): B.Sc (in any stream) with 50% marks with 02 years of experience in Echocardiography. Candidates with M.Sc Echocardiography will be preferred.
Assistant Medical Social Worker: Post Graduate Degree in Social Sciences (MSW) from a recognized University with a minimum of one year experience after MSW preferably in the field of Medical Social work.
Officer-In-Charge (Dispensary): Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy with State Pharmacy Council registration and Post-Graduate Degree / Diploma in Material Management / Business Administration from a reputed institute with a minimum of 5 years experience post MBA in a functioning dispensary of a minimum of 300 bedded hospital OR 10 years experience post MBA in a minimum 100 bedded hospital. Out of required experience minimum 2 years must be in a senior position. OR MBBS from a recognized university with National Medical Commission registration and Post-Graduate Degree / Diploma in Material Management / Business Administration from reputed institute with a Minimum 4 years experience post PG Degree / Diploma out of which 2 years must be in a minimum 300 bedded hospital. The incumbent must have adequate knowledge of computerized operations, inventory management, well-versed in FDA rules and procedures as per Drugs and Cosmetics Act.
Female Warden: Graduate with a minimum of 10 years of experience in housekeeping or as a warden in charge of a big hostel (preferably a ladies hostel). Nursing qualification or a Diploma in Catering / House Keeping is desirable.
Public Relations Officer: Master’s degree in Public Relations or Journalism or Mass Communication of a recognized university. The candidates should have experience in public relations involving report writing, interaction with Media, event management, liaison with agencies etc. Candidates working in Government Organization / Public Sector Undertakings / Autonomous Bodies: Candidate must be in Pay Matrix Level-8 (Pre-revised Grade Pay Rs.4800) OR Candidate at Pay Matrix Level-7 (Pre-revised Grade Pay Rs.4600) with 5 years’ experience. Candidate working in Private Sector: should have 12 years of experience, out of which 2 years must be managerial experience. Candidate should be drawing current gross salary of Rs.92,800/- per month. Candidates well-versed with Government procedures will be preferred.
Accounts Officer II: Professional qualification of Chartered Accountant or ICWA with 5 years of experience post CA/ ICWA or 7 years total experience pre or post CA/ ICWA.
Chief Administrative Officer: Graduate from a recognized University. Post Graduate Degree or Post Graduate Diploma or Master of Business Administration in Personnel Management / Human Resource Development Management / Labour Welfare / Industrial Relations / Public Administration from a reputed institute. Experience in the Administration, Human Resource Development, Finance, Material Management, Estate Management, Policy Formation, Establishment matters, etc. Candidates well-versed with Government procedures will be preferred. Candidates working in the Government / Autonomous Body / PSUs: should be in Pay Matrix Level-11 (GP 6600) or combined experience of 06 years at Pay Matrix Level-9 (GP 5400) and above. Candidate working in the private sector: should have 15 years of experience, out of which 05 years should be Senior Managerial experience. Candidate should be drawing current gross salary of Rs.1.35 lacs per month.
Deputy Administrative Officer (HRD): Graduate from a recognized University. Post Graduate Degree or Post Graduate Diploma or Master of Business Administration in Human Resource Development Management / Personnel Management / Labour Welfare / Industrial Relations / Public Administration from a reputed institute. Experience in Human Resource Development, Administration, Recruitment, Establishment matter, Industrial Relations, RTI matters, legal, vigilance etc. Candidates working in the Government / Autonomous Body / PSUs: should be in Pay Matrix Level-8 (GP 4800) or Candidates with 05 years’ experience at Level-7 (GP 4600). Candidate working in Private Sector: should have 12 years of experience, out of which 02 years must be Managerial experience. Candidate should be drawing current gross salary of Rs.92,800/- per month. Candidates well-versed with Government procedures will be preferred.
Assistant Administrative Officer: Graduate from a recognized University. Degree or Diploma in Personnel Management / Human Resource Management / Healthcare Management from a reputed Institution. Experience in Administration / Establishment matters / Recruitment, etc. Candidates well-versed with Government procedures will be preferred. Candidates working in the Government / Autonomous Body / PSUs: should have 08 years of experience and must be in Pay Matrix Level – 5 (GP 2800) and above. Candidate working in the private sector: should have 08 years of experience. Candidate should be drawing current gross salary of Rs.70,300/- per month.
Administrative Officer III (HRD): Graduate from a recognized University. Post Graduate Degree or Post Graduate Diploma or Master of Business Administration in Human Resource Development Management / Personnel Management / Labour Welfare / Industrial Relations / Public Administration from a reputed institute. Experience in Human Resource Development, Administration, Recruitment, Establishment matter, Industrial Relations, RTI matters, legal, vigilance etc. Candidates well-versed with Government procedures will be preferred. Candidates working in the Government / Autonomous Body / PSUs: should be in Pay Matrix Level-9(GP 5400) or Candidates at Level-8 (GP 4800) with combined experience of 08 years at Pay Matrix Level-7 (GP 4600) and above. The selection process for TMC Scientific Assistant positions may include:

Application Fee/Exam Fee for TMC Scientific Assistant:

Candidate shall pay the application fee of Rs. 300/- online using Debit Card / Credit Card.
SC / ST / Female Candidates / Persons with Disabilities / Ex-servicemen (1st time applying for a civil post after serving any rank) are exempted from paying application fees.
The application fee paid will not be refunded under any circumstances.
