New Job Opening for Program Associates at TRIFED:
TRIFED (Tribal Cooperative Marketing Development Federation of India Ltd.) is welcoming applications for the following positions:
Position: Interns / Program Associates Number of Openings: 30
Eligibility Criteria for TRIFED Program Associates:
Educational Qualifications:
• Graduates or Postgraduates in fields such as Social Work, Management, Social Sciences, Food Technology, Forestry, Botany, Forest Management, Food Science, Nutrition Science, Public Administration, Anthropology, or any other relevant discipline related to Tribal Welfare and Development, Rural Management & Welfare Administration for 25 Intern positions, working on MFP, Van Dhan & PVTG activities.
• Graduates or Postgraduates from distinguished institutes in areas like Fashion Technology, Design Development, and Product Development for 5 Intern positions, focused on Handicraft and Marketing Development activities. Development and Management expertise will also be considered.
• For disciplines where only a graduate degree isn’t available, a Postgraduate degree or equivalent from a recognized Institution is mandatory.
• Additionally, individuals with a graduate degree currently pursuing a Postgraduate degree in the aforementioned fields can apply, subject to the rules of their respective educational institutions. Preference will be given to Management graduates if other criteria are equal.
Compensation:
• Interns / Program Associates – Fixed monthly emolument of Rs. 30,000 for Graduates or Postgraduates from reputable institutions.
TRIFED Program Associate Selection Process 2023:
The selection process consists of three phases:
- Initial Screening: Applications received until August 28, 2023, 5:00 PM, at TRIFED Head Office in New Delhi, will be assessed and shortlisted by an internal Committee of TRIFED Head Office.
- Regional Interviews: Shortlisted candidates will be interviewed at respective Regional Offices of TRIFED on September 11, 2023, between 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Confirmatory Interview: Further interviews will be held on September 25, 2023, at TRIFED Head Office, New Delhi.
The decision regarding shortlisting and selection will be made at the sole discretion of TRIFED, and no appeals will be entertained. Being selected as an intern or program associate does not guarantee permanent or continued employment with TRIFED. Travel allowances are not provided for the selection process.
