WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Create captivating and relevant designs for online media while adhering to deadlines and maintaining brand consistency.
- Develop and maintain style guides.
- Handle all aspects of image production, including photo usage, style, color accuracy, retouching, and adding details.
- Ensure that all creative and technical work is reviewed for accuracy before approval.
- Conduct research on the uniform and retail industry, as well as industry leaders, staying updated on eCommerce best practices.
- Monitor, manage, and communicate resource and time requirements effectively.
- Collaborate with marketing, Art Directors, Production teams, Photography, and the Creative Director to develop designs and images that align with business objectives.
- Execute assigned special projects in a timely manner.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- Proficient written and oral English communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines under pressure.
- Exceptional attention to detail and experience in project management.
- This position requires the use of a computer and the ability to distinguish between colors and fine details.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
- 3 to 5 years of practical experience or proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in video editing.
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe After Effects, and Adobe Premiere.
- Intermediate exposure to Workfront or similar project management tools, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook), and Adobe Lightroom.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design/Web Design/Fine Arts or equivalent practical experience.

Role Overview: Contact Center Operations Coordinator
As the Contact Center Operations Coordinator, your primary responsibility will be to plan and monitor the daily operations coverage for all customer contacts. You will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate forecasts, assisting the WorkForce Analyst in creating weekly staff schedules to ensure optimal coverage and service levels across all customer contact channels. Additionally, you will liaise with transportation vendors to facilitate the team’s weekly transport and arrange last-minute coverage when business demands require it. This position encompasses reporting, data analysis, and providing management with recommendations regarding staffing, hiring, and operational cost savings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing and maintaining departmental operations and adherence reports.
- Monitor and manage phone/chat/email queues and coverage, communicating necessary changes to staff.
- Collaborate with the customer service lead team to implement innovative labor management practices.
- Aid in intraday workforce management and scheduling breaks/lunches.
- Coordinate transportation with the Transport Vendor.
- Update employee attendance, leave balance, payroll, and incentive trackers, while sending employee email notifications and status reports.
- Assist in coordinating extended shifts and providing coverage for call outs.
- Work closely with Contact Center Leadership to arrange multi-skill training, CCHeadlines, Monthly Knowledge Tests, and coaching sessions for existing agents.
- Communicate schedules and availability to Contact Center staff.
Required Skills:
