- Create captivating and relevant designs for online media, meeting deadlines and maintaining brand consistency.
- Develop and uphold style guides while working on all aspects of image production, including photo usage, style, color accuracy, retouching, and adding details.

- Conduct research on the uniform and retail industry, keeping up with eCommerce best practices.

What You’ll Bring:
- Proficiency in written and oral English.

- Proficient computer skills, including color distinction and fine detail discernment.
Preferred Experience:
- 3 to 5 years of practical experience or proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite.

Required Skills:
- Advanced exposure to Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe After Effects, and Adobe Premier.
- Intermediate exposure to Workfront or related project management tools, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook), and Adobe Lightroom.
Desired Qualification:

ABOUT THE ROLE
The Contact Center Operations Coordinator is responsible for effectively managing the daily operations of customer contacts.
This position involves overseeing and maintaining forecasts, collaborating with the WorkForce Analyst to create weekly staff schedules, ensuring optimal coverage and service levels across all customer contact channels.
Additionally, the Coordinator communicates with transportation vendors to arrange weekly team transport and handle last-minute coverage adjustments in response to business demands.
Responsibilities include data analysis, reporting, and providing recommendations to management regarding staffing, recruitment, and operational cost-saving strategies.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Assist in preparing and maintaining all operations and adherence reports for the department. Monitor and manage phone/chat/email queues and coverage, and communicate necessary changes to staff.
Collaborate with the customer service lead team to implement innovative labor management practices. Assist in intraday workforce management and daily assignments of breaks and lunches.
Coordinate transportation arrangements with the Transport Vendor. Update employee attendance, leave balance, payroll, and incentive trackers, and send employee email notifications/status reports. Assist in coordinating extended shifts and call-out coverage.
Work with Contact Center Leadership to organize multi-skill training, CCHeadlines, Monthly Knowledge Tests, and coaching sessions for existing agents. Communicate with Contact Center staff regarding schedules and availability.
REQUIRED SKILLS
Ability to follow management direction on projects and assignments. Effective prioritization of daily responsibilities to accommodate changes.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Diplomacy, discretion, confidentiality, and strong interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet service levels. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and PowerBI.
Attention to detail. Ability to perform under pressure and meet strict deadlines while maintaining high-quality work. Familiarity with WorkForce Management Software.
